Your honor, Jadoo has already left the Defense earlier. What he does afterwards is his own personal choice and opinion. In fact, looking at the sudden change in his behaior I suspect foul play.

Nevertheless, personal opinion on my client's singing is not what we're here to discuss. We are here to prove the allegations against my client wrong. The Prosecution still doesn't have a proper case ready, and is trying to distract the court.

I feel we have been very lenient with the Prosecution for too long.

Now, here is the proof that how people hate Mr. Himesh Reshammiya... The Ex. Defence Lawyer himself is speaking against his client.. This is not the first time its happening.. Even before the start of the case, he has bashed his own client.. So, this is not a foul play...

People are using abusive words against him.. Have anyone seen so much hatred towards a particular MD? We have known to our soul and knowledge that there has been many threads started against mr. Himesh Reshammiya.. Infact there has been threads which claimed to select the best basher of mr. Himesh Reshammiya.. There is so much hatred towards a person just in this forum.. This is not the end.. People have written some poems against him...

Has any MD recieved such bad comments in his carrer? What is the need for such MD because of whom people are developing negative attitude against him...

The prosecution has prepared the case.. But due to some internet issues, the prosecution is not able to post the case on time... The prosecution has already apologised to the court for the delay..

Here is another link to proove that HR's music is monotonous and the Sufi style singing is not worth hearing... Mr. Himesh Reshammiya must understand all this and quit himself as a singer and MD.. Self-praising and being rude to everyone is not the way a person should behave when a person is so popular.. When he gives some speech after getting an award, everyone in the auditorum gives a sarcstic smile.. I am sure even Mr. Salman Khan would now be regretting for introducing him...

The prosecution is providing no witnesses still. thy hav already wasted lot of the time of the bench here. thy r all the while asking fr extra time without even mentioning hw much time thy need.

prosecution is nw being given last chance to please place their case.otherwise the bench will b nw forced to dismiss the whole case.

Prosecutor Ans24us1 has provided the name of one witness and promises to provide the remaining list by tomorrow.

This is the Bench's final concession. Afterwards, we shall be dismissing the case and getting Pest Control to fumigate the court room. *SWAT!*

All of us, including honorable judges have waited so long for representation of prosecution side. Prosecution councellors have asked time to prepare case many times and have been granted so too. Now everyone feels it has been long enough to wait for it. Hence Prosecution is given a final chance to present their case tonight by 11:00 PM of Eastern time os US. By this time they should submit the name of witnesses tohonorable judges. Prosecution should also be present in the court today, otherwise honorable judges will be forced to dismiss this case and defence would be the winner of the case by default.

Your Honor, I question the validity of such evidence. This is a poem written in very bad taste, and with a hateful tone. Simply because someone doesn't like my client or bashes him (using disgutingly bad words, too) doesn't prove anything about my client's nature or his music. If tomorrorow, I were to pen a similar poem bashing my dear Prosecution lawyer, it wouldn't make the prosecution lawyer evil.

This poem has compared my client to a dog and a donkey. It only reflects the state of mind of the person who has penned the poem, and has no place in the Court of Law. Our very own respected neutral Voice of Court, Manju ji, was disgusted with the language used.

Furthermore, the Prosecution has not provided any information on who has written this piece.

For all those reasons, I request the Court to throw out this 'evidence'.

I would request the Prosecution that if they want to use comments of IF members as evidence, please invite them as witnesses. Don't simply quote what they have said, because a comment taken out of one place doesn't necessarily signify their opinion or beliefs.

The Defense has a point. Hate poetry has been written before for many people in the entertainment business. Please identify the poet and his expertise in music/any other field which is relevant to this case.

Then we will decide if evidence may be admitted or not.
