Though you say that once the project is handed over to the client, its of no concern to the company - I wouldn't think so. Meeting the Schedule or Deadline can be a core company policy, but delierying the best quality product has to be the core value. And I think values need to get an upper hand over policies.

So, I will share the error with my boss and then with the client, if required. Yes - the company will face the fury from the client, will lose some money - but will still hold on to its reputation of being honest to its core. If the faulty product is delivered, nothing may happen at that point of time, but later when it comes to picture, not only will the company lose that client for ever, but will also lose similar clients - a much bigger loss. As for me, even if I lose the job after that, will be clear to myself - and anyway will have the confidence to get a similar job elsewhere, and this time will be more cautious not to leave any defects in the product.

Entire depends on the people involved - it can get as much real, given the people are sharing their thoughts with complete honesty.. And actually at times it can get more real in virtual, as you can share the thoughts without the inhibitions of a face attached to it😊

If you break somebody's heart who is very dear to you how will you aplogise?

I am a very straight person, so will like to talk it out thoroughly with the person.. And if the person thinks that I am apologetic, am sure will listen and forgive 😊

The best place to spend time with him is 'home sweet home'😳 but if you are talking about a vacation, I would want to go to Scotland with him.. I have been there alone and had fallen in love with that place.. With him, am sure we can fall in love, head over heels, all over again 😛
