Friends, I did something which was really hard but I did it nevertheless. I deleted ALL the posts that followed this post. Reason? The only thing that I saw in the topic was personal attacks, members instigating each other and fights erupting. It's very sad that today not a single thing can be posted without members not trying to bay for each other's blood. What does that gian?

Surma bhopali, your opening comments under the article set the tone of the whole topic. I understand you do not like HR. Fine. But do you have to be so nasty to show your displeasure? Your comment about the chakkas was in extremely bad taste.

Mohinis, please do not instigate others into saying things which in turn causes fights. You might not have introduced the word 'einstein' or 'khujli' but the way you went about poking at it,you had it coming for full measure. If you instigate, you will get back in kind. Then you cannot start playing innocent and come crying. The kind of posts you have been writing and the attacks you have been making has for some unfortunate reason gone totally unnoticed, but it will not be so from now.Personal attacks, of any kind, whether instigated or otherwise,are NOT welcome.

apparaohoare,if Mohini is instigating, does that mean that you too jump into the fray and start insulting back? Being sarcastic is making you as bad.Please do not indulge in petty fights to get back at other members. Leg pulling and bantering does not give anyone the liscence to trade insults.

anshu03, calling others loosers, in general or in particular, IS a personal attack. Just saying it and then trying to wriggle out by saying it was not meant for anybody in particular does not absolve you.

Those who like him, you are welcome to praise. Those who don't, please feel free to criticise WITHOUT disrespecting your fellow members,deliberately hurting them or instigating them to fight. The catch word is being positive. Those who can do neither, PLEASE KEEP AWAY. We are simply sick and tired of the tantrums thrown up by the members here everyday.

Now please discuss the article as it should be done, and please don't use it to get back at fellow members who for any reason are not in your good books.

My policy is " An eye for an eye". I don't care if the the whole world goes blind due to this. But sorry cannot follow the Gandhian Principles here.

This is nothing new from Mohinis. So, what did the Mods and Global Mods do about it. NOTHING. So please don't make empty promises. We have heard it all.

Sometimes, it is better to cross check facts and then speak Mr. Rao.

Rules apply equally to all and will be done so.

Dont want to follow Gandhian principles, fine. But you dont need to give insults and stoop down to levels of those who trade insults.

Street fights are best left there. If anyone finds any posts which is instigating or insulting in nature, please pm any Mod online who will help you out. This will help in keeping the fun in the section. Inst that what we all come here for.
