I think the problem is not really HR, but the format of the show that allowed HR to do what he did. If they had stricter controls/ guidelines for mentors, then we would have been saved of all this drama that HR did(and other mentors did as well).

Even if HR is replaced, there's no telling that another mentor would not repeat the same gimmicks and antics.

btw in this "reality show" dont u guyz HR has a big part in it??? b/c he made the show interesting...even tho ppl started to hate him b/c of his thinkin (i dint) u know this kinda stuff makes a reality show a reality show...
