Some Points out of SaReGaMaPa

These are some points that have emerged out of SaReGaMaPa challenge 2005.

1) Firstly it was wrong to have public voting only. For increased TRP there could have a share between public and judges.

2) Secondly no one singer touched the hearts of all, it was regionalism all the way. Thw way Kishore Kumar(bengali),Lata Mangeshkar(marathi), Asha Bhosle, Mohd Rafi(Amritsar)sang and won hearts, who cares which part of India they belong to?

3) Vinit lost because UP did not vote in full strength (remember it is the most populous state of India 🤔 )
Hence for Vinit losing it is the people from UP to be blamed as they did not vote and not why NE voted for Debojit.It was clear that there is public voting then why did whole of UP not vote for Vinit? Its kudos to NE that they supported their candidate.

4) Next SaReGaMaPa will not do as well since this has left lot of bitterness for various reasons.

5) Singers from south have a big disadvantage since Hindi channels are hardly watched there!But then no one can be blamed for it.

6) The biggest gainer is telephone companies (they are highly obliged to NE and shd share their profits with them 😉 )

7) The hidden gainer is of course Zee! It got a big break in viewership base in NE, South and abroad. How it maintains is up to them.
