IS SRGMP ORCHESTRATED?

I was wondering whether srgmp is really orchestrated.. in the sense, tht the fights the stuff .. they are all pre-planned.. even the thing abt stopping the shoot half-way?
could this all be directed and enacted?
well they can't be perfect actors, so there is a possibility tht these are genuine.
But i wonder how Shaan or celebrity judges or even the studio audience feel abt sudden fights..
it all seems so dramatic when they put the music behind .. when a judge says smthg .. or sounds of thunderstorm...

It really has become an soap..
Love story, action, suspense, comedy ...

And rmbr the episode wen himani got eliminated .. there were some audience speakers ... out of whom there was a lady who brought up the assam ki voice or india ki voice thingy... how did they get the microphones?
Do the audiences sit with micro-phones?
I never saw tht hpning in srgmp ...
They even showed the AVA rm ..
so, i really am confused .. is there a possibility this whole thing is orchestrated?
