what do you want to prove by all this....
yes right from Pancham (your fav., if at all, which I doubt) to ARR all have taken inspirations from English music, that means NOTHING...!
BTW what is diff between inspiration & copying I would love your comments on this...............

As I said before everyone copied. Even your ARR also. I just refuse to call ARR as a genius, he is just ordinary. I have enough reason not to treat him as top class.

Man, a guy has given music in 15-20 movies in whole life and he is genius ??? Is he Beethoven or Tansen ?
Be practical, let him compose in 100 movies. See what varity he could come up with.Except Lagan , every music is same old

Movies = Ramesh Sippy ( 4-5 movies , oen top hit, is he a legend ?, but Yash Chopra is

Music - Shiv-Hari (8 movies most of them were hoits, is he a legend ? but Shamkar Jaikishan is

Athletics = Anju Bobby George ( 1 olympics, couple of medels in international meet)

Tennis = Sania Mirza ( beat top guys couple of times)

Man , you guys are biased, be practical and come to reality.

These are only the tamil movies,I havent included the hindi and other language movies.The best ones are for me atleast....all shankar movies(boys,kadhalan,indian,gentleman,mudhalvan and jeans) all mani rathnam moview(roja.ayudha ezhuthu, thiruda thiruda,alaipayuthe, kannathil muthamittal and iruvar) rajiv menon( kandukondein kandukondein ,minsara kanavu) and ofcourse maymadham,duet,kizhakku chemayile,rythm,kadhal desam,kathal virus ,thenali,sangamam,puthiya mugam,en swasa kaatre.indira,uzhavan and many more
infact most were blockbusters and he is def a legend.heintroduced new music ,new instruments,newe singers and all of them became very good singers
