guyz - i think the girl's being sarcastic... u know, like the next thread we
should post is voice of lucknow cannot be voice of india or voice of
faridabad cannot be voice of india etc etc etc

i disgree with you times a million!!! atleast hemu DESERVES to win as he always got good marks from judges, always sang consistently good, and has his unique voice and style.

I definitely don't like the fact that they disclose all the regional information about contestants and then also ask them to beg for votes from their own regions. Why should it matter? I want to vote for whoever is good but when it becomes a regional competition, people who can't rise above that, tend to vote for their own people. I've lived in the US for 10 years and now live in Bangalore so maybe I am not affected by regionalism, but many people are most comfortable with people of their own kind. So I feel there are 3 things that are wrong:
1. People voting for contestants not based on the talent but their region, or some other trait (like personality, sob story, love angle, etc.)
2. Disclosing of the contestants' home states and pushing them to ask for votes from their own people.
3. Disclosing badly computed statistics after they get the votes so as to divide people even more.

By, the way I think Vinit's voice is too immature and his nasal style puts me off even if he hits all his notes correctly (since it may come up that I may be pro Vinit, being from Lucknow) . Don't like HR and his singing at all.

ITS NOT A MATTER OF VOTES, DID U REALLY WENT THERE N COUNTED THE VOTES, HOW CAN V BELIEVE DEBO GOT 80% VOTES, MAY B ALL TAT IS A DRAMA. HEMU IS BETTER THEN DEBO.

Performance of Hema is not bad at all except he forgot few words. Hema is the consistent performer. Everyone has a right to vote let him/her from any part of India. Hemachandra need not feel ashamed. Infact you should appreciate his sincerity and honesty. Sorry if I heart u with my comments.
