me too .... boy is this a soap opera or what? now more drama ID leaves? who is VS's love? what more crap is HR going to give us? How many deals is GS going to cut? and on and on.....

Surpremi, ID's rection last monday seems to indicate his true feelings and disappointmet about his favorit pupil's exit. What I don't understand is why he had allowed himself to tow the line of a prescripted drama. Why could he not make his point clear then to Gaji and his crew. The point that strikes me most is that he has been an equal party and is equally guilty for Nihira's exit as others. The display of emotions post the results is now a post-mortem. He should have been smart about it and tried to call for alteration in rules around the time when he sensed that Nihira could be voted out.

Kaboo123: We all make deals and then emotions take over. Happens all the time. When negotiating, I never put the other person too much in the corner because I know people revolt and I think that is what happenned to ID.
It is called the 1-2 punch in Boxing: left hook (Nihira's ouster) and the right punch (AS and HR low scoring Debu). Knock out ID !!

This 1-2 punch got ID out of there and left GS wondering:
Yeh Kya hua, Kaisey Hua, Kab hua, Kyon Hua.....

Deal ya no deal, HR or no HR, the fact is Vineet and Himani are consistent performers and they should win.

Just got word that: HR had IT programmers jamming the internet votes in VS's favor. AS aluded something towards manipulation of votes in the Kapil Dev show.

Why not have a third party receive the votes? Please answer me this: maniguha

Looking back, there is no doubt about the deal cutting.

I guess there is only one winner now so HK was forced to drop in favor of VS.

If VS wins then there will be no doubt in my mind that there truly was an Indian Connection after all.

HR could not care who won as long HR wins. Such ego - my God!!!

It's sad to see the so called 'singing platform' becoming something special-events platform.

"…millions of young talents in the field of music.." poor scapegoats –the tender minded young talents happily rush to welcome pierce their routines, leaving their studies, jobs, even home, with a insincere dream of becoming famous one day. Before their 'one-day' could reach, right from first day itself some lobby takes hold to make the show mega for own benefits.

"…high standards for the programme ,and has entertained its viewers across the world…" is being with the business objective --ensuring more and more garnishing matter is added so it can be prolonged with more and more excitements and urge in mass to watch the channel. If a real visible talent could reach the final that is so obvious. So genuine talents like NJ, HC have to be shown there since beginning to build your excitements. If obvious started happening in any planned events then who will love (rate) the show?

Do you think now for "…valuable jewels in the field of singing…" you will need any platform like this? The real singers need not step enrolling, if they have to leave with such a defamed merit imposed on them unexpectedly (remember they all are young and innocents). BTW, the real jewels need not need any torch of favoritism, they themselves shine like our old 9 goldy legend of melody (Lata, Asha, Rafi, Kishor, Mukesh,….). With veracity a real singer's one epic poem stanza could catch audience and promoters ears. You would have witnessed SG's justice to HC, and many similar in the background, in musical industry. Vote is not the means for judging his/her singing. Yes, it is, as long as it is from neutral and independent but knowledgeable gurus in the field. General public is to sit next to TV for entertainment and they are doing that, otherwise how could a channel can provide its core substance?
