My viewpoint on alisher and the others

What a fantastic singer alisher has turned out to be!

well in other words what i feel is that there is sheer joy for singing per se in alisher's case which goes far beyond the competition angle.

ali sher is awesome...
so sad he'll be eliminated soon...maybe next week...
thats wat I feel...
And really at times...his singing just surpasses Kamal's...
Its true...

I feel that ali sher would stay in the competition

I noticed ali sher after his auditions, when he was given a bojpuri song in the next episode and the way he sang it, without any discomfort, as if he was born to it endeared him to me😊

Not to offend anyone... Apart from the rocking performance where he sang NFAK number "Tere bina " so beautifully, I am not so happy with all other performances of his.. I found he loses sur in lot of places.. and generally is very bad at places .. Dont know why.. His bhojpuri singing was very bad

In general, I feel he has a lot to do to come close to Kamal Khan or Fareed or Mussarat's consistency.. Altho he has some potential.

Also he is beginning to be monotonous singing only Nusrat songs.. like Ranjeet (who atleast tries variety.

He has to be brought out of his comfort zone and sing peppy songs and today's movie numbers to be called even close to Singing superstar...

Let wait and watch.. cos whenever he sings out of his comfort zone he is bad.. Sorry ppl.. Again am not offending anyone .. just speaking my mind.

What I like is the madness in his sufi numbers, one can see that he is totally in it, totally in sync with the mood of the song whatsoever be the song selected.

This total involvement and oneness with the song and the sheer madness and abandon that he brings into the song make him truly different from the others this season, except for kamal to a certain extent.

Sugandha does look completely involved in her song but sans the hatke and the madness aspect.

As for the others i.e. abhilasha, bishak and ranjeet and also sniti, I feel that they just concentrate on gayiki and that's about it most of the times. So somehow the soul kind of gets lost and the mesmerising effect goes missing. sniti's only weapon in this respect and a strong one at that is her voice, her different haunting voice but that too works only for certain songs. But I feel that these singers are too conscious about doing their work properly and end up doing more or less justice to their renditions but the other higher dimension is sorely absent, that dimension which comes in when you rise far beyond being conscious that you are there to deliver and do a good job of it and in my opinion this is what alisher does!!

Sorry for the rambling guys, just felt like sharing my viewpoint.

As per my opinion, Sugandha shudnt be criticised just becos Ali sher sang well in one episode... Ali sher is decent in sufi etc...

Sughandha is just extraordinary in singing pure classical song.. Listen to her version of "Bhor mayi" from Delhi-6 .. She outperformed Shreya Ghosal...

No one can sing classical like her among the current contestants.. She is being forced to sing more filmy songs.. let her sing a classical and she wud swoop all.

😕 I haven't been impressed with Ali Sher at all........The guy has no versatility and is at best an average sufi singer...........He doesn't deserve to be in the show let alone win the show based on being an average sufi singer..........He has been on the bottom every week and should have been eliminated this week if eliminations hadn't been put off this week.........He'll be out next week and then he'll rightfully take his place amongst hundreds of past contestants who have been forgotten by the janta at large.........😊 For those of you who think he is so great, let's see how far his "greatness" takes him..........😃
