Welcome Sandeepa your thoughts nicely put. I agree with you to a certain degree but not on all. I like both Nihira and Himani. Hard to chose one especially after Himani's recent performance in SLB round.

I myself am just one month old here and man it is addicting. It NEVER gets boring here take it from me !
