think that you are spot on with the other comments.

HIMANI IS A NICHE PUNJABI SINGER AND IT WILL SHOW. CAN HIMANI EVEN ATTEMPT TO SING THE A R REHMAN SARGAM SUNG BY NIHIRA. I THINK THERE IN LIES YOUR ANSWER. GIVE HIMANI A SONG WITH HIGH NOTES AND WATCH HER FALTER.

THE FINALE WILL BE MONO E MONO (ONE ON ONE) AND JUDGES WILL TRY HIGH NOTES ON BOTH. DUDH KA DUDH AUR PAANI KA PAANI HO JAYEGA TAB.

Sharib was better than Vinit and although the same age, he had a more mature voice. Vinit should be careful because his ego might get very puffed up after all this coddling from HR. One's abhimaan is always the main reason for failure in the future. So he may be riding the wave of success now but if HR keeps up his behaviour he will only end up hurting Vinit instead of helping him.

OMG! You took the words out of my mouth! We here in the US are a week behind..just finished watching the show and HR's over the top attention to Vinit finally got to me!!! I felt really bad for the other 2. They are good singers as well! Its like a mother/father openly showing affection to a child and ignoring the other child...I felt really bad for them..and I am sick of Vinit now...I want him to loose so that HR will shut up!!! I know if I were Paresh or Ujjani I would feel really bad..anyway I really wish them the best of luck!

i also agree to disgree with you about nihira along with mrspetloverji, nonny and many others....but i dont say himani is bad or i dont like her....her rendition of nima yaar manani just blew me away....i really liked it....

Welcome Sandeepa....I loved your thoughts, though disagree on Nihira's case. To me she is the best. Not that I don't like Himani. Himani is a very good singer too. But like some others have already pointed out, she has her limitations. However, I sincerely believe that even if she does not win this competition, she will surely find her mark in the industry and give Sunidhi a run for her money. Sunidhi is a ok singer but highly over hyped. If you hear her singing live, without the soundrecording technologies you will know what I mean. May the best win!

I love Nihira's singing and I think she's a doll, but I just prefer Himani more. I like her style of singing better, that's all. But no matter who wins, both of these girls will be very successful. Both have already sung for films and both will go very far!
