I wonder who is responsible for bringing up these personal issues in front of the world. I miss those old sa re ga ma days when the show was all about great music, judges were people like Girija Devi, Ali Akbar Khan, Anil Biswas e.t.c. I don't remember any contestants bringing up their personal issues in front of millions.They came on the stage sang and heard the judges opinion and left. It was about good singing only but now I just don't even feel like listening to the entire song.

But I guess private matters should be kept out as much a possible.

Anyway I hope Dipanwita is able to overcome her personal tragedy and setbacks.

Dipanwita is quite a good singer and she doesn't need any sob story...I personally feel that any personal stories should be kept out of show(unless something awe inspiring) but I dont really blame her. When the established panel of judges are saying what ZEE wants them to say then these upcoming singers are mere puppet of Zee's hand...And almost every participants on this show are victim of one or another story or extracurricular activity..
