No Ash's dancing never had the fluidity of graceful dancers. There is also a look of enthusiasm on their face that makes watching their dancing a joy. They also expressively convey a mood. Ash seems so committed to proving her abilities that the natural flow, expressiveness and joy is all lost and she appears stoic with a fake expression.

I like Ash dancing in most of her movies. I think she was best in Taal, Dhoom 2, and Devdas.

I think she is very graceful when she dances ...specially her semiclassical dances where she has to show her mudras and fluidity ...whatever I know of dance I have to give her credit for her movements and gestures be it Guru , Devdas,Umrao jaan or Hum dil de chukey sanam .....

there r lot of fakeness in her facial expressions when she gives her interviews in real life with occasional giggles but she is a trained dancer and that comes across when she performs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And that's MHO.....If I hadn't thought her to be a good dancer I wouldn't be praising her for sure ...but I think she has mastered the craft well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...

If I go purely on technicality, yes Ash is a good dancer. There is nothing flawed about her dancing. But she exudes no warmth for me when she dances, a warmth that makes you enjoy it.

I grew up in the Madhuri era. Madhuri had a genuine smile on her face when she danced. It add a certain something to the dance that made her all the more enjoyable.

Then again, I am aware its a personal opinion. I've never been a fan of technically right people dancing, singing - whatsoever. I always need that sort of different factor that does it for me.

Sarina I don't find her technically flawless ....it's not based on purely technical aspect .....like if I watch her in nimboora nimboora ....I always end up watching that dance more than once !!!

Though I love Rani and Madhuri's dance style more ...but that is altogether a different topic .😛.
