Well, what a performance this past week!! 👏
Vinit, he's definitely in the final, there is absolutely no doubt. I think everyone knows this! 😛 He's quite a charmer I guess, and I think such talent and achievement at this young age is fantastic. Vinit, has shown great talent among the male singers. Hemachandra seems to have no variation is his voice, and his voice seems to be a typical recreation of the generic heroes, kind of like Udit Narayan, who also seems to have a typical voice. Debojit, has good variation but he's not picking suitable songs, like Salaam Namaste did not suit him at all. Ek Ladki ko dekha.. was a simple song to choose at this stage. Debo needs to get a bit more complex in his songs to win the hearts. Paresh, he's good but I agree with many of you, he seems to get the votes from girls mostly, and foreigners (UK citizens) mostly. His voice is suitable for those soft male romantic voice songs. Not a bold voice.
Himani and Nihira are no doubt the best among the female singers. Nihira is definitely shy, I think she needs to open up a bit more toward the audience. She has sang previously in a couple songs, so she's not new to this. However, Nihira has not sang many fast songs either, which is also a downside because many people today like fast beats, and her voice is again that of a typical female heroine. She can sing most of the songs out there very well. But again, she too needs a bit more variation in her songs. Himani will definitely be a good opponent to go against. She's got variation, rhythm, quality in her voice. She's great with both typical songs and fast beats. Her song variation is great among the female singers. I think that taking Twinkle out was the wrong move, Ujjaini should have been out instead. Ujjaini is getting sympathy votes for emphasizing each time that she's dropped one year of school, which is not a big deal if you want to gain your fame, so get over it!!
