GD, this is a big dilemma😕

I think I would take the old lady with me, but I'm still reluctant on it. Because I'm sure even if I don't take her along with me, there are other cars coming behind me which will help her and take her to the hospital. But who will help the other two, because they are normal people.

And I would pick the friend over my dream women. Because he once saved my life, and I will be obliged to help him. What's the guarantee that the woman who is my dream girl, that I'm also her dream man. So I can't take the risk of losing a good friend's trust to an unknown stranger.

Really there is none. But some other choices especially for the characters did make sense.

Here is Ebenezer's description.
