Everey season, I feel, there are 4-5 deserving people. Couple of them are a cut above the rest but that doesn't mean others suck. Now, we all know that all 4-5 can't win. The public voting may nbot acceptable to us but it is what the majority wants - irrespective of why they voted or for what attribute they voted.

I think the top 3 that we have this time around are all good. Yashita is not that good in classical singing but she does a fairly decent job with other genres. She, along with Vaishali and Soumen were always in my top 4-5 contestants. Therefore, I'm a happy camper. I would like Vaishali to win but it doesn't affect me one bit if one of the other two wins. They all are pretty good singer --- at least to me ears, they are😊

I have this feelinh he might end up winning the crown. Yashita and Vaishali are pitched against each other and getting all the hype. The slow and steady tortoise may end up winning the race here.

She is the least versatlie, and can only sing one genre of songs.

You have been selecting versatile singers and they have done ziltch, better be master of one, than jack of none, anyway if you look around the industry has become specialized, Sunidhi sings one type of songs, Alka another, so this versatilty has got ZERO value

I don't think she has had any formal classical training.

And half the bollywood singers are not trained and are doing great, the classical training is made to be a big deal by some "so-called purists living in the days of Tatya Tope😉)

Yashita's mom talks a lot about her struggle etc. But, her struggle was nothing compared to Vaishali's.

Her mom knows some people vote for sob stories as evidenced😆

Then, how did Vaishali receive so much of formal training, really hats off to her.... what is this so much? is she like a Sangeet Visharad😉, that is so much

Well, I can understand why these stupid music directors like Pritam support Yashita. If Shaan can become a successful Bollywood singer, anyone on earth can.😆(there goes your theory about Classical singing😆) Yashita is at least better than Shaan......

Nowadays, with the level/quality of Bollywood music (excluding Shankar Ehsaan Loy and Rahman), even a bathroom singer can be a hit...., so what is the use of that classical singing

I really hope and pray that Vaishali wins, the most deserving candidate. , sorry Bhajan singers dont have much market these days😉
