Reemaji,
First of all he has already deposited the entire compensation of 19 lakhs in the High Court of Mumbai. There is no giving compensation again and he did want to give but waited for the court orders because he is an accused and cannot contact the victims for giving any money.
Salman has pleaded "Not Guilty" even to negligent driving charges, he cannot and I repeat cannot file any petition in any court saying I have compensated and so I must be pardoned. Its not permitted under any law in force at present.
And Dipesh Menta wouldn't file any such petition and there is no such petition because the trial is going on.
And you are the one who have mixed up the two cases, not me.
In the poaching case he did approach the Supreme Cpourt for stalling of trial because he could not crossexamine the witness but Supreme Court told his lawyer that since the trial is already at fag end please come up through the appeal process.
About the accident case the Supreme Court has already decided long back and also dismissed his plea for in-camera priceeding in December 2005.
There are no purjury charges against the constable but against the driver Harish Dulani( who has changed his stmt thrice in the court giving different version of the same incident) in the chinkara case which dates back to 1998.
And yes he did come and say on Aajtak that he was tortured by the Rajasthan cops.
How true or false it is can only be known once he is produced in court again but he has disappeared even though Salman's lawyer filed a petition seeking that he be produced in court in the interest of justice.
The chinkara case is pending appeal in the High Court of Rajasthan.
And you cannot understand what I have written because you donot know law and you are busy gathering erroneous facts about things of which you have no knowledge sitting in a library.
And no I donot wish to discuss any case through Pms with you because you have a 'closed mind' and busy gathering and showing off people your wrong info which you can go on doing at your will.😆
Thanks a lot for the offer though and incase you never read or understood,😉 I have studied law and I practice it too, so I know what I am saying.

- Firstly, in your previous posts, you have mentioned that he paid 25 Lakhs as compensation (u can check), when I corrected you that it was 19 lakhs (5 lakhs in medical bills + 14 as part compensation), atleast you have your self admitted that the deposited amount is 19 lakhs.
- It was never that the court directed him to pay as demended by an NGO, which you have said. It was simple, the court asked him to deposit the compensation amount and the hospitals bills have been cleared from that. The court has also spelt out that this deposit is interim.
- In your post you have mentioned that the culpable homicide charge was overturned by SUPREME court, which again is totally false, it was done so in 2003 and by Mumbai High Court.
- In you r above post you have mentioned that there were no charges against the Hostile Constable (who I still say was bought by Salman), when the fact is that in 2006 Ravindra Patil (the constable in question) was arrested as he had in front if magistrate made the statement and later ran away to Mahabaleshwar and did not come to court hearing even when summoned. If you know law, then you should know that lieing under oath is a crime. And if you know the law, then you should know that the prosecution has declared him hostile long back.
- If you know law then you should also know that he has been booked under several charges first being 279 and the under section 279 of the IPC (causing death by negligence), section 338 IPC (causing grievous hurt ), section 337 IPC, section 427 IPC (damaging property), section 134(A)(B) read with section 187 of the Motor Vehicles Act, section 3 read with section 181 of the same act (driving without licence), section 185 (driving under the influence of liquor), section 65 and section 66(i)(b) of the Bombay Prohibition Act.
If you are a student of law then please go and check these sections and you will know what jail term is he facing. I have not even begun on sec 304, for which Maneshinde has already filed for based on additional evidence which happens to be a victims statement and police reports.
- I have clearly told you that you can go and get the petitions filed under RTI act and know for yourself the petition filed by Mehta and the one filed by Maneshinde.
- I have already mentioned that I do not want to get drawn into the Chinkara poaching case as this could then go on for pages. Hence I choose to ignore your comments on that case.
In your post you have mentioned something about me getting my facts right, well from the above you should know that who has to get what right.
I will not say a word more on Salman Hit and run case except this -
We all know that Salman was involved in the car accident which killed 1 person and injured another 3 seriously. Whether it was an accident or he was drunk while driving is the courts call. But answer me this question - If Salman was there in the car which ran over people, why did he run away ? Why did he not take the injured to the Hospital or try to save the guy's leg or life ? Why did he drive away ? Why were they lying in a pool of blood till the cops came and brought the ambulance (as filed in police report). If he is so inncoent, why he did not help the victim and left them to suffer ? where was his Humanity ??? Think about it !

You are obsessed with Salman and I had told you earlier that please be proactive and help the Indian Government in prosecuting people who are " obnoxious criminals" according to you.
Bye and Goodluck in your quest. 😆
I am out.😊
And boy do you have so much time to waste on a man whom you claim to hate and that too for no reason at all.😆😆

I am not obsessed with Salman, but I am obsessed with Justice / Non-corruption / good governance & betterment of my country. Salman and others like him, whether its is Sanjeev Nanda, Sanjay Dutt, Manu Sharma, Lt.Col Purohit etc etc etc are just means for maing my resolve stronger.
Some of you may think I am loony, but I am very passionate about my beliefs and i take it up at all fronts. I just cannot tolerate injustice at any level.
Anyways, I dont want to bore you guys with my lecture, hence I will not post anymore on this topic.

I think Salman has every right to fool around and joke with HR. Even HR does not mind it, infact he will always be grateful to Salman. If I could speak on HR's behalf all I would say that he has no ill feelings at all. He never had and never will.

Now, coming to Salman's behaviour. Personally (not speaking for HR), I think he did cross the line a couple of time. First when he said 'Tere gana sar me se bahar aa raha hai' and second time when he said 'Bhagwan isse utha le'. That was taking the jokes a bit too far.
But what was really appauling was when he abused on air and it was beeped out. And it was no small abuse, but he blurted out a very very bad and cheap Gaali in Hindi. Which in India is commonly refered to the Maa-Behen category.
He is being watched by millions and is a role model to a few (i dunno why) but he should know what to say and what not to say. That Abuse on camera was the worst thing I saw from him that day.
Salman is an overgrown kid and needs to mature and understand his responsibilities. Years ago I had seen him barge into Olive (at Bandra) and just slap the hell out of Somy Ali. Then I heard he beat up Aishwarya Rai on the filmfare awards nights (which is why she wore glasses to cover up) and then again on sets of Chalte Chalte.
This is the same guy who ran over 4 people why drunk and driving, even killing one. The same guy who was hunting deers.
Its only in India that a single man can do such acts and get away and infact there are people who want to be like him !!!
Just by doing charity, he cannot wash away his sins. I have no respect for men who go arround slapping and beating women and breaking the law.

Pretty impressive resume indeed - abusing women, drunkenness , killing people and innocent animal. I have a little objection with calling him a 'kid' since he looked kind of middle aged to me and he sure have developed wrinkles since i watched him last in c2007.

In India such people still roam around freely in public because the system is rotten there and some people still go ga ga over him as may be seen in this thread. In a country like USA he would be simply put behind the bar.

I dont know whom you are refering to when you say 'some of these people'... well you do not need to put microscope on any TDH, but when you are a public figure, you are always under the microscope. He is suppose to be a popular actor and a so called role model with millions of fans, when you are in such a position, it is you moral responsibility to set a good example. He is an 'idol'. No matter who you are or what status you achieve, you have to remember that there are certain lines which never can be crossed. He has broken the law time and again. The problem is that this behaviour sets a bad example and also makes common people loose faith in the judiciary and system. It is hurting the country.
As far as criticism goes, well yes you are correct, that it is easier to criticize but then also remember that when you acts which are morally or legally wrong, then it is everones duty to criticize and not glorify. Each individual has a role and responsibility in the betterment of society, if we all understand this then the problems which the world is facing today, will vanish.

My royal advice
Don't waste his higness's time here
go to court, convince them, put salman behind bars and then come here
there are politicans and gangsters in india who have killed thousands and you are obsessed with salman. if you focus on the former then you might be able to provide justice to 1000s.
sooner you come to reality the better
dont make him a scapegoat just because he is rich.

thats correct. please focus on people and channel your energy who have hurt 1000s of others and you may be able to provide justice to them and make this world a better place.
dont waste your energy on a person who is definitely not a criminal, has done nothind bad intentionally, helps a lot of people. yes he has issues and he has been reckless and he has shown remorse for his behavior.
his highness is shocked that you are so much against this man. i ca see no other reason except some personal animosity due to whatever reason
