Indu for god sake don't make wild guess work. Do you have any proof that himesh go behind the camera and tell everyone to focus on him. Then why people like shankar is not raising voice against him. Today media is always redy in search of masala news. They would have given this news long back. Also if you people think that himesh is baised than I like to remind you that it was himesh in 2007 who always use to tell aneek that this time its raja or amant who sang better than you and you need to perform very well next time. No judge have ever openly told this to any contstent. For his Gharana student other judges give their opinion and so there is no need for him to say anything to his contestent.

True, HR was given more footage and bhaav due to his over-eagerness to comply with channels demands for cheap gimmicks just for the heck of TRPs. Not everyone agrees to make such a big fool of themselves publicly. So, along with the flash popularity of HR, his eagerness to please the hand that butters his bread also contributes to him being in the lime light for all the wrong reasons😆 If he is ready to go down in the history as a sub standard actor, third grade singer and even worst judge then there's really no limit to how low he will be stooping going forward. Luckily, it's not really selling with the public anymore as reflected by the poor TRPs in past.

As far as marketability - well, we all know the programs TRPs finally showed some improvements after last week's episode where Shankar Mahadevan sang with the contestants. What a beautiful experience it was to hear Shankar - and hear him for all the good reasons....not the cheap public gimmicks😉

I think this should be a clear cut indication to Zee that nautanki and cheap gimmicks are losing their effect on the public. It's the quality - whether contestants' singing quality, mentors' judging quality, quality of rendition or quality of compositions that are getting noticed over the gala phaad ker cheekhna chillana just to get some air time😉 It will definitely be a set back for the ones who are used to earning their bread and butter through cheap gimmicks. Looks like their dukaan is not doing much business these days😛😆

Because Shankar has lot more class than HR key muh lagna. Woh kehtey hain na - shareef apni sharafat sey gaya, bura samjhey woh darr gaya - yeh kahawat bilkul sahee utartee hai yahan😉

Shankar did raise his voice and man...what a way to raise the voice - by awesome singing last week that finally improved the south-bound TRPs and brought the program right back into public focus😊 Kathhnee sey kaheen zyada effective karni hoti hai. Adhjal gagri chhalkat jaye, bhari gagaria chup sey jaye😊 We all know which one is the empty vessel on srgmp - the one shouting on top of his lungs at every given or ungiven opportunity. Aisey log key muh lagney ka koi faida naheen hota.

If you remember in ramayan Kaikai step mother of lord Ram who use to love ram like his own son but because of her one servent who created a bad image of Ram in the mind of kaikai, she started to hate shri ram. Even when Ram gave away his kindom and was ready to live in forest she use to think that ram is only doing drama. Same way when a particular image is created in the mind of the people by media of by influence of some other person we loose our sense of judgement .

Himesh is not a God he he a normal human and like every human being he also may make mistakes and always says whatever comes in his mind without thinking what other person will think about it. Since most of you guys have a image that himesh is arrogant, rude and selfish person. Whatever he will do you are going to think in same way.

Neither can I change mindset of such people nor can himesh.

One more thing is that himesh is always in limelight he does not require saregamapa cameramen's help to get limelight or focus. This year almost ever channel you can find himesh promoting his film. Do you really think he needs limelight.

I can only say that this time pritam has been suppoting debojit but still its fine with many people. Good singers are going away but still no one has any objection against channel. Its only himesh who seems to be bothering everyone in the show.

Please write a letter to zee and tell your problem to zee so that next year they don't select himesh in the show and you people can also relax . If they don't listen to you stop watching saregamapa that will be the best option.

I dont think its about Cameraman or editor or even HR's relation with Zee in the past. Its simple market dynamics. HR is given more footage and bhaav on the show coz the market demands it.

He is being paid close to 20 cr to be on the show and none of the other judges are even close to that figure.

So its natural they will give him more screen time and even promote him more.

Its the same even in movies, if you are paying 15 cr - 20 cr for an actor (say SRK / Akshay etc) then the others will be given less footage or screen time.

With due respect to all other judges, currently HR's market is high and so he has been paid according to the mkt.

Even when the show was promoted and hoardings were put accross Mumbai, HR was in the Center and had the maximum space while the others were flanking him.

Jojo bhai, nothing in commercial world is free, he is given importance because of the market demand and Zee is getting back more than what they give. The other judges also understand this as they are all from the industry and are governed by market dynamics.

That's exactly what I am trying to convey but some people are taking it personal - but then again how fair it is to other contestants?

Dude, I fully agrre with you himesh is totally irritating at times. But it is fact that Mussarat sang much better than Raja that time and yet he got eliminated, that is what he was trying to point out. But that is not a new trend for SAREGAMAPA (or for any other reality shows for that matter) anyways.
