I think they are called music directors on the show, Basically they are voice coaches, as you put, or music trainers.

You can see their names on the ticker at the end of the show.

Sorry, i do not think they do.

Keep track of their twitters and you will know they come just for the shooting. Rest of the days are busy with shows or recording.

I mean, how do you expect the contestant to just learn from them in a day assuming they do come a day before to mentor them?

These contestants need at least 4-5 days of practice.

its weird ..to see how the trend has changed..

I mean before also, contestants were preparing for themselves..when sonu nigam was host..They were by their own.

Then they brought this system of teams and gurus..😳...just for name shake..🥱

Trends will change Diamond life.

Where the moral fabric of the society is undergoing a massive change towards worse, why should these shows lag behind. or is it vice -versa.😕

Where morals and ethics are governed by money leading on to corruption, what more can we expect?

I am not surprised or saddened , just amused to what low levels the world will descend down to for the sake of money, which we cannot carry to our graves or cremated with.😳
