Hi can anyone tell me how this IF addicts timing is calculated?

For example When I log in say my time spent shows 10 hrs.......then I check the same once again after spending say two hours......But instead of showing the new time as 12 hours....it will show like 10 23 minutes or so.....
I log out and then again log in....then refresh and check...still the same story......Am I the only one with this sad story or are there more like me....
Can someone tell me about this please?

By the way I tried with four PCs......but the result is the same..... 😭
