@green: WHAT? You dont make sense at all. you are talking something else. This is a simple matter of following rules and you are talking about eating, voting, series, voice whatever.
@Blue: Come again? 😕
@Red: Well they should have been careful then. 😛
@Bold2: Great. Like people you learn only when you get hurt.

1. The MOD situation is infuriating to say the least. They give WL with Moderator ID and never explain. PMs are never read. WL increase is easy but it takes forever to get WL down.

2. The preferential treatment given to certain fandom is very obvious.
For instance : anti Srk thread close super fast and now the trend is RK threads.
There is resident MOD posing as a fan and a writer/editor too. Isn't that conflict of interest?

3.There is constant bullying happening in BW forum but nothing gets done to the Bullies.

Also sometime a clean comment disappears as fast as its made but name-calling posts remain for hours. People who gets banned and comes back and continues to make obnoxious posts doesn't get WL for days.
Forum needs to be cleaned up and it should not be restricted only to the oneliner comments. Swift and unbiased moderation is need of the hour. Action should be taken against those who shows their muscle by threatening other members. There should be absolute zero tolerance to the bullying.

once suggestion: there are a lot of MIDs roaming around so why not make an automated system where if the IP address is recognized, the MID member could be automatically banned for spamming in the name of advertisement or something..?

This forum is still stuck in 2000s.
We still can't tag a person, or get notification if someone tags us or we tag them.

We can't sort the topics in the forum by date created or recently updated. The front page, 2nd page is often all the topics bumped up by the fan groups or spammers of the forum.

There are forums for each and every flop TV show but everything from Bollywood is lumped in the same forum. We need folders for Box office, for Reviews, for Movie updates etc so that the forum is organized.

Multiple quoting is a pain. And tower quotes are a problem.

All the updated rules should be pinned and made a single thread instead of 4-5 pinned threads on warnings, rules, regulations.

We can't block members, ones we don't wish to read or interact with.

There is no way to embed twitter/instagram videos or tweets or instagram.

N lets not even touch the topic of faulty moderation on this forum. Pretty sure old moderators recommend their friends and new ones are appointed as viewbies or so and then they are promoted to moderators.

N when moderators are scared to moderate their forums , the anonymous "moderator" account just starts closing threads and warning members.

Like seriously IF...such a recent warning in the farthest most corner of page...how many members can see it here except for a few...and I think DT requires another suggestion to place warnings on top or upper sides of pages(where ads are displayed) and that too in bold letters with some prominent font colour from next time so that it can be noticed easily like millions of other sites do...and as far as this warning is concerned...it really doesn't matter at least for now because they are removing posts from past threads first...people can be cautious in future but cant go and change the million things or specific thank yous said in their posts in last few years...so obviously if because of this sudden step their posts will get trimmed off...their ranks will fall...they will feel disappointed...because they have given their time to this site...have put in lots of efforts for making huge threads...and there must be something good posted about the members that they feel the need to say thank you...basic mannerism...spammers are one exception...

And who knows there may be minimal reduction in such posts in past few days because of this minute warning in forum...then why not promote this warning...instead they have started deleting posts...its clear they have planned it already and no matter what members suggest they will do it at any cost...because they know at the end of day members dont matter much...they can come and go...but its their income that shouldn't get affected from the declining standard of this site ...instead of using advance technologies and softwares to manage the issues they have come up with this clean up mission...ofcourse its a wrong decision on their part...never heard on any other site that they are deficient in space or slow so they will delete old stuff of members so that new one can be accomodated...I must be sounding rude but its a harsh reality...one accepts it or not...

I would request you to post it in the Suggestions / Comments forum so that these valuable posts does not get lost and we can update others too.

BTW we just solved the tower quote problem. At the moment we are just showing 2 levels when quoted.
