Dear Vijay sir , I have been an Active member of this Forum from the year 2005 , I found you as a nice Guy all through these years, I never expected this kind of a behavier from your side jee... I think this is not your Idea I am 100 % sure... you are innocent and kind hearted ... somebody has planted this bad idea in your mind may be he or she I don't know... I have made 139500 posts ... A lumsome of 45000 posts are reduced all of a sudden... Meri barson ki mehnath pe pani phir gaya ... Mujhe I F Achivers rank se I F Addictz rank pe demote kar diya gaya... More over the process is still on ... I don't know how many posts again will be reduced... ye ek planned Dhoka hai sabhi members ke saath... Bahuth saare members trusted you Vijay sir including me...reducing posts is not fair there are some other method and technologies are there... Look at Google ... youtube... kitne uploads hote hain ek din mein bap re bap just install that kind of technologies in your forum too... please hamare barson ki mehnath ke posts and rank hame wapas de doh vijay sir jee All members will be happy if you returned their posts by intalling latest technology in your forum jee... Hope You will do the best for your members and will never degrade and demote them . I humbly request you to kindly consider this request on be half of the affected and sad members including me... There are creation galleries,vm galleries,ff threads,chat threads...people comment on them taking out time from their precious routines and in return why the thread author cant say a simple thank you to them out of gratitude...hitting a like and staying silent is like you read their comment and dont care about it at all...members appreciate your work and you are behaving so ignorant that you cant write a word to them...why should they comment at all then???... in my opinion atleast they deserve a thanks for their support and it wont harm anyone around...

IF is already facing a lot of other challenges which needs to be addressed first instead of taking steps which will only reduce the no. of members and their interest in the site...they wont post...wont comment fearing it may get removed too...

Instead of chopping down threads why IF team dont look after things like:

1.No moderators available right now???...members keep sending pms to multiple moderators for months and months but not get a single reply...how long one can wait to get permission for their pending threads...sorry but in the hour of need even you dont reply back vijay sir...my personal experience...then tell us whom to contact for our problems...

2.There are happening personal wars between fandoms in multiple forums to the extreme level and no one is there to take notice...even after repeated reporting no one takes action...

3.Many forums are totally lawaris...mods tu door ki baat hai they dont even have a chaska meter rating for them...so they never get a chance to come up in the list and no one bothers to visit those forums...only the forum of famous shows get the needed attention...

4.Why cant we have a number list for our buddies so that one can automatically select 50 members while sending a pm...why we have to count fifty each time when we pm multiple people at once...

5.Why one member blocking you affects your whole pm list...why we have to send hundreds of pms separately to trace out which member in the pm list is a troublemaker...

6.Threads automatically get locked up after 3 months...may be the person is having some other important things going on in life and cant be active on the thread at the time...but when after many months or may be years they want to resume their work...their threads no longer remain available to them...and if the poor member requests moderators to open them then he/she will have to wait like forever because no one is gonna reply back...as they themselves are not available...

7.No one knows that luckily which mod is online at a particular time or not...members have no clue whom to contact in any urgent situation...because lots of people dont know moderators by their usernames...so why cant we have some sort of attendance page or thread showing which particular moderator is active at a particular time...it will make the life of members much easier...

8.People quote comments like millions of time filling the page with one or
two meaningful things in it rest useless stuff then cant the quoting be limited to 3 to 4 times...

9.Whats wrong with uploading profile pic...even after uploading it keeps on showing your old pic and you cant crop the new one...

10.Sometimes you log in to your account with the correct username and password and it keeps showing not registered...it happens very often...

11.We keep on posting our suggestions in suggestion section but when we will get a solution...I literally love that mod ''BilliCat'' managing the section she is a sweetheart...do her work honestly and regularly...reads all posts and
closes them always with a line that the matter will be looked into by higher team
members but what next...again your problem never gets sorted out...because higher members are again not there...

These are just a few things from the list ...many more are there to be considered but right now instead of degrading the member's morale by deleting their posts I think the things mentioned above should be sorted out...

I have always loved IF ,its like a second home to me...feels great to be here...but cant bear it turning out into a jail with such rules and steps...if having issues with spammers warn them...ban them but dont make everyone else suffer...thats not fair...

exactly 👏 thank you meerab 😳 for addressing the issues we need to solution and modifications through IF ⭐️ from long time 😃 and we always have the hopes that this issues can be sorted out by Development Team in user friendly way in IF and waiting gives it's fruit 😳 but instead of solving the issues which bothers members from long time in friendly site called IF 😃 it even more creates imprison environment 😲 ..people need some freedom and felt content by the initiatives your Development come with 😳 not like disappointed and discouragement ⭐️ we want IF family Vijay Bhai 😃 not IF office 😛 we are members here not employees ⭐️ and wants to see more employees work under Development Team that make us satisfaction though this Friendly site which we attached from very long period of time and to be continued 👏 ..

please reconsider this particular initiative and come with new innovations and modifications 👏

and I have a doubt 😃 before implementing this process is your Development Team asked opinions of Members are they like this move or not 😳 .it was removal of posts and threads which made by the members who felt connected towards IF family 😳 and before hand don't we get some message /warning / asking it is OK for majority people. or is it really necessary for development 😳 and asking suggestions from members through a GA thread before implementation this process 👏 may shown the worth of IF in the members views ⭐️ ..please give priority to associated members in IF family Friendly site and we want that family atmosphere :)

good move but mostly mods are not active in many ongoing show forum so that one of the reason for unnecessary spamming discussion (many topic for same discussion )in some Forum Just to increase their rating in CM
