I agree with the point which some people have raised about the demotion of members to I-F Dazzler, who are at initial stage of being I-F Rockerz right now!

If you see, the new ladder is not progressive for them in anyway, firstly they'll be demoted one rank down and then even after some 5000 thousand posts later when they achieve the next rank they'll be back to being stuck at I-F Rockerz again which they already are now. It's a bit counterproductive for them don't you think?

It's like we are climbing the ladder backwards and still not reaching anywhere. 😆

Please consider the suggestion of adding another ladder in between or you could just simply decrease the number of posts of I-F Dazzler and start I-F Rockerz a couple of posts earlier, that way no one will get demoted and everyone will be happy (:
