Even I didnt get the logic where Ronit played the char of Aparajit Dev in 2007 and he's nominated for that, where his 2008 project KZK, is nowhere👏👏

Sorry I didnt get the source of voting....I was quite active over here and didnt get any Announcement or something like tht for voting😊So nominees are also pretty weird and source is also some mysterious😕

I agree that why there is not even singoe nomination from KSBKBT and over that other nominations also to me seems biased specially to a particular channel if any one notice that. How come that happen. can u plz explain to us why nominations are like this, i alsoagree to Lata and protest against these wards like many other members of IF.

Agree with Lata and Guddi whole heartedly. I am seriously 😕 about Ronit's Nominating as best Supporting Actor in Kasam Se in 2008. He was nowhere in Kasam Se this year. I would have liked to nominate him as Bheeshma Pitamah for KHMB, but then again, I was clueless about the nomination process. When did it happen 😕?

I totally understand your anger and frustration over the nominations.. I too am disappointed that Kumkum and my favourites are not nominated But we gotta understand here - IF has NOTHING to do with the nominations! Yes, IF is the Internet Partner for the Platinum Awards..but IF's job starts after the nominations are out.. which is, members voting for their favourite shows and actors!

IF has been given the list of nominees from the Managing force/Producers/Jury (or whatever) of the Platinum Awards. IF is NOT the deciding force..and we need to understand that!

Its okay to protest if fans/members are upset with the nominations..but we can't hold IF accountable here. Rather, IF should forward the protest to the Managing Commitee of the Awards..and then we can hope to see if any changes can be done.

Thanks for information dear. I hope that IF shows this post to the "Managing commitee" or whoever decides the nominations coz we don't know who they are and our only link to them is IF.

So we will protest here and hope that IF does the needful !!

Why did I-F allow the nominations to be publised here in the first place?? 😕

What do I conclude from this? ? That the admin has no clue about serials?? and what it has on its Forum??

I-F I think needs to take responsibilty of this and not behave like Indian Politicians passing the buck around!!

Indian politicians can get away as the masses they cater to are illiterate!

As I said before we may have been watching mindless serials for escapism

Can I add that neither politicians not IF can survive without the support and acceptance of members. And IF is a forum and should know exactly what members want.

How does IF convert this into a successful opprotunity? If members don't agree with nominations, who do you think will they vote for awards? It would have been beneficial for IF if the nomination list was good. now IF will loose big time as we will not vote !!!

IF's responsibility is to make VOTING more accessible to the fans around the world.. NOT decide on who should be nominated and who should not be nominated based on how many fans each star has!!

As for IF or Admin not knowing about serials or what it has in the forum... I think this can be discussed if & when India-Forums has its own awards!! Then, IF is accountable for its nominations and the procedure thereafter!

I-F is one of many partners. How can they decide the nominations? You still have very popular actors in the nomination lists. Its not a bizarre list because there are talented people nominated. Even my favourites weren't nominated at other award shows, you have to get over it and accept it. You can't hold I-F responsible for something they have no control over [:s[
