I think we all agree upon the fact that Indu is wrong and that Saanchi is annoying.
That Indu is in wrong, is a Period for us and therefore we girls all started giving out examples of stalkers. We do not fight a stalker as if we are trying to fight the ethically wrong issue. Here the issue is not about right or wrong. Here issue is about self-preservation. We need to protect ourselves and that is where we find Saanchi at fault. Instead of keeping the drama simple, she took it to heights.
Coming to kidnapping/threatening of Mehak in March for forceful acceptance.
****Mehak too provoked Indu Singh. Point is we cannot clash with the ego of a psychologically imbalanced person. While Saanchi was the primary reason for bad happening to Mehak, Mehak herself could have been acting calmly.
****This action from Indu came because he was publically rejected by Saanchi and not only that he was ridiculed by teachers and some students. The humiliation needed vent.
****I am not defending Indu Singh. I am only explained why we saw that action. Can we not expect that ? Can we not be careful ?

***This is where I took it as grey area in my first post yesterday and said if I was in Saanchi's place what would have happened to me...would I have been miraculously saved, would I have succumbed or would I have died...I don't know. But I have read newspaper stories where story ends with one or the other party getting killed...so there are untold stories where people might have escaped also. Survival/Death.
If in real life this happened to a girl, she might weigh pros and cons and decide what she can do about the situation. After all it is life and no drama. good thing is again...the girl is not being raped. Could she have sought police protection ? They did not show us this thing. Instead Saanchi had only gone to VC to seek help. That did not help her at all...so she was almost cornered. Now she is waging war against Indu Singh's atrocities...Probably that is Saanchi's answer to men like Indu. Can I call her the Bhanwari Devi types ?
There are Pakrua Vivaahs in Bihar where men are kidnapped and at gunpoint forced to marry women. This is a system to ward of the dowry demand. But whatever it is.. are those men waging wars with their wives and families or have they accepted their wives. I guess we can say 50 -50 chances either way.
Almost every story of this kind is MISFORTUNATE and UNFORTUNATE EVENT for the person who is subjected to this kind of humiliation. Then question is WHY we as the VIEWERS failed to sympathize with Saanchi from Day one. Weren't we supposed to ? Why did not the CVs seriously dramatize the girl's trauma and her ways to fight it and instead focussed on her tricks in getting away. As viewers we too need to get involved in the traumatized person's story so that we all come with solutions...but no such thing happened in this drama. That is the biggest slip of this show...
And now that game is on...we still are on the side of Saanchi and only pleading to first protect herself and later think about other things. Right now she is VICTIM. Then please act victimized and later address redressal for the situation. But again many have lamented...this is where Saanchi failed. She doesn't act or feel like a victim.
The show has lot of psychological loopholes. we have never complained before but the TRPs reflect that. Now we are debating so much because the silly SR over college grounds is outrageous to the viewers and we are not sure where this drama will end. We may feel tired and stop watching the show altogether.
