I think RS is trying to show a contrast between two people who are eventually gonna end up together, like hate turned love story. But she's really overdoing Ishika's hatred. Even her scenes with her family isn't doing any damage control, coz it looks a lot fake to me...

When someone is hating you so much without any valid reasons, then it's better to stay away. But since they're gonna be a pair Roop is gonna end up falling for her sure.

Just hope Ishika matures in the process. Hightime she behave like a FL instead of being an obsessive annoying girl she is right now.
