Stop it, Roop!

Cut it out! Stop paying attention to Ishika. Stop staring at her...stop being nice to her...stop responding to her accusations...her nonsense...shut her up once and for all and never look at her again. I'm tired of that accusing tone and condescending manner she shows towards you and your friends. Now she's even suspecting your words regarding your mother. I find nothing endearing about her. Please stop giving a hoot for her parents or even her. It is time you back off. I think this time the fault is yours. Sometimes being too nice and kind can come back and bite you in the butt. I think Ishika is going to cause Roop really big problems. She questions everything he does. She thinks he causes problems wherever he goes. It's not funny anymore...she's questioning his character, his words, his intentions...everything. Nothing is left. I haven't seen a love story like this before.

Before I start, I would like to get clear that I am a RooShika shipper even before shanky or donal entered the show. I found few edits on them and instantly developed a liking for them and the promo gave positive vibes of their chemistry in the show.

I agree Roop needs to ask her to shut up and ignore her This pathetic Ishika does not deserve his kindness at all No one in the college likes her and wants to be her friends and they are justified because she is unnecessary rude and nasty to all Who would want to be friends with such a person who is so negative and rude to everyone . Roop is the only one who is kind to her despite all her misbehavior but she keeps on misbehaving with him and his friends She never thought those college bullies who misbehaved with her don't deserve to be in college , she never complained against them but she thinks only Roop does not deserve to be in college despite the fact he did nothing wrong with her or anyone, she has heard from him how much he loves his studies and also seen how much he works hard in the garage to pay for his fees . Ishika is beyond pathetic I cannot tolerate her with Roop if makers did not show her redemption properly I cannot ship this couple where Roop is so so good but Ishika is so so bad Not worthy of him at all She needs to prove herself worthy of someone as good as Roop I agree with the people who are calling her antagonist She perfectly fits in the definition of antagonist She and shamsher are the ones who are creating problems for Roop right now

But that doesn't mean I going to defend her in this post cos there's no damn reason for me to do so neither the writers have given that...

I literally tried to connect to her character ever since she entered the show. I even tried to justify her every action cos I felt at some point CVs might show some solid reason behind her aggressive or rather rude behavior, maybe a dark past, but no I was disappointed the way her character is shaping up in the show. As the episodes are passing by, everyone sidelining from her character as it lacks proper base..

I was good with her upto the confrontation scene. I thought after seeing Roop's zest for learning she might develop a soft side for him, if not then she could have got a series of conflicting feelings for him in her mind. But no, nothing of the sort was shown as such. And the thing which made me go off from her character was why on earth she is so much desperate to get roop out of college and why the hell she blames him for every wrong happened to her. It is like if there's a bomb blast in the city, she would be blaming roop for the same.

The point here is not as of who goes behind whom, the point is when and how her MU towards roop will get cleared in the show. As of now, she doesn't belive him even a bit. Even she was secretly listening to his intro and his views on his mom, but still assumed that all he is doing is mere acting...

But as you said, after receiving so much bashings from her side, he must not go behind her anymore. The more he tries to show his good side to her, the more she misunderstands him.

I donno what CVs have in their mind for this couple ...if all this is done to just show some tashn between them, then they must stop it right away. As you said, it isn't fun anymore now. They are making people drift apart from the couple instead of making it appealing..

I still have some hopes for ishika's character and won't give up easily cos somewhere I still want RooShika...you can call me obsessed, but I can't give them so easily...

So it's a request to CVs to please give some justification to her character...or if they want her character to be grey in the show, then they must give some proper hints for the same as well...

This whole thing of swinging her character between righteous and annoying traits must be stopped at some given point. It's literally becoming OTT now...

Even i thought earlier may be she would have a dark past that has clouded her judgement Though it is still does not excuse her actions but it gives her a base but there is actually nothing of such sort She is only a rich spoiled brat ,a narcissist , an abuser 🤢Her behavior is inexcusable and totally wrong

@she's like this and there's no basis for it...there's no backstory IMO. She has a nice life. She's like this for no reason. There's no depth. I can't relate...i feel nothing in my heart for her. She's almost like a rebel without a cause...

to be honest even if she forgives Roop, understands him and falls in love with him...I don't think I'll like her or ship her with him. There's rly nothing special about her...except her ridiculous attitude and overreactions...she's very unappealing.

Even I thought she might have had a dark past...issues, suffered...saw her family suffering...but there's nothing of the sort. She's just a pest now. Her anger, her staying up at night contemplating how to get rid of Roop...it's all a big turn off.

I was doubtful of Donal's acting but even the writing has been shockingly bad. Very disappointing. They're trying to make us believe Ishika is cute but no she's just annoying and irritating.
