Check in time for Vishnumaya - 1 min 30 sec
Check in time for Hemant - 5 min 15 sec

Singing time for Vishnumaya - 1 min 50 sec
Singing time for Hemant - 4 min 10 sec

plus sharp contrast in judge's opinion

Diljit - Vishnumya sare sur sahi . Studio jaisi singing
bhadbali- Vishnumya consistency lao kuchh sur nahi lagte
Edit:
During Check-in time one can register to vote for a performance.

Wait- what does Check-in time mean? Do you mean that people only got 1 min 30 sec to vote for her whereas for Hemant they got 5 min 15 sec?

I think check in time is the time before they start singing.
When they're on stage, Ravi asks people to check in, voting time starts only after the contestant starts singing

No check in time means the time you can check in for the performance so you are able to vote. And when the performance starts one is able to vote. If you checked in and you don't vote "yes" or "no", your vote is automatically counted as a "No".
That is how I have understood it.

I see. But how does check-in time have a bearing on how many votes they get? And Hemant had 5 min 15 sec before he started singing? 😕

Not really because it's not about how many people check in but how many vote "yes" or "no"
For example lets say A performs and 100 people check in, and 80 people vote yes. So they get 80%
B performs and 1000 people check in , but only 500 vote yes, so they get 50%.

Thats how I think it works.

The injustice to Vishnumaya was actually that she peroformed for a lesser ammount of time than Hemant , and the audience didn't know when her performance was going to end as nobody mentioned before that her song is going to be shorter, so people didn't have enough time to vote "yes".

Bhadbhai ka kya kehna...I want her in a legitimate face-off singing Satyam Shivam, or for that matter Ooh La La or whatever she fancies and let's see who gets more votes... 😳

Blocking people on social media won't change the facts and demoralizing Vishnu won't make people admire you any more Miss Badhmali but you keep doing you. Lose the fans you had too. 😊

Well the way I see it, it gives fans more time to sign in for someone. If there's 5 minutes, a singer's admirers naturally have more time to sign in...not sure how big of a difference it makes but it could shake things up quite a bit in theory, specially considering the fact that you have no idea when check in period is over. What's the point of the check-in again?

I feel like the show in general has a lot of format and fairness issues to deal with though the concept itself is cool...The duels were completely unfair. The varying singing timings are another issue; most prominent here but there's been other cases too in the past. Regardless of whether a song is 3.5 minutes or 3, voting closing should stop at a specific time and there should be a timer as to when it stops according to me specially in a show where people have been eliminated on the basis of less than a percent. Furthermore, check in time should be roughly the same. Even the idea of checking in specifically for performances doesn't make total sense to me since it makes the voting measures so variable!

I agree about the format issues the show has. Duels seemed so random. How did they even decide who's paired with whom? We lost some terrific singers in the duels while some not-so-terrific ones stayed. What's the point? Why can't they just have the same format of lowest scorer exiting throughout? Also, the earlier rounds where there were 2 groups were pretty unfair. How do they decide who sings in what group?
I guess the purpose of checking in is to allow for the voting to be displayed as a percentage and not the number of votes. I guess it's fair in the sense that at least it gives contestants who may not get the numbers to vote, a more even playing field.
