narottam has no claim on property

Vikram Singh has very smartly made narottam ousted from everything
Satrupa was married by deceiveso she as annulment has demanded for safety of her child future made a will in which it's clearly stated that baldev and satrupa kid will be only made heir
Baldev is totally ousted from property ya if he want to claim he can claim then only narottam can become heir of some part
I don't clearly know but royal steel is self acquired property of Vikram and LAL Mahal I don't know
But if I remember Vikram clearly stated if I would have not made such will then today narottam could have been made heir
The will is made in such a way that it closes all gate of narottam
Only if anami acquire the property and transfer it on narottam name he can become heir
Ancestral property are those which are from ages and not given to anybody
Like Vikram was made legal heir so now it is not ancestral property it has become self acquired property and none has claim on it and if a son is disowned then if he is minor then only there are some claims only to get his basic need but if he is major then he has no right untill his father claim
As in narottam case baldev has no claim
Narottam is an illegitimate son of disowned father so the property will go to only those who are stated in will
And if there was no will then they could have claimed only after dadaji death

RS is self acquired while LM is ancestral

The Vikramaditya family is Hindu and upper caste ..so the following law applies for illegitimate children

Joint Family Property and Partition:

Prior to the passing of the Hindu Succession Act, on the death of his father, an illegitimate son succeeded to his estate as a coparcener with the legitimate son of his father, and was entitled to enforce a partition against the legitimate son. Now, under the said Act, however, he cannot succeed his father, as he is not related to him by legitimate kinship.

So unless they go to court and fight for the right , Narottam gets nothing even on LM because of this law.

Here you all are forgetting that baldev has been disowned and he has obliged by it
And baldev even don't want to claim
It can be possible that baldev was forced to sale his part of ancestral property on Vikram name without paying money only on paper and thus it can be ancestral property is now self acquired property
And if now baldev has no claim or he don't want to claim then how can narottam claim on his grandfather property
It was possible somehow if there was no will but there is a will even made by Vikram that only satrupa and baldev child can become heir so the who are PROOVE through DNA that they are child of theirs or the one who was legally adopted can have share
As Vikram himself stated if he would have not disowned him then narottam could have been a claim for heir position or narottam would have given all the right

I REALLY WANT NAROTTAM TO BECOME A INDEPENDENT PERSON AND CLAIM ON HEIRSHIP BUT BHOODA VIKRAM SINGH IS NOT A STRAIGHT PERSON
EACH GENERATION WIL WAS EVEN MADE IN SUCH A WAY THAT PUJAN EVEN CANT CLAIM BECAUSE IF YOU SEE PUJAN ALSO HAS CLAIM AS HE IS EVEN ROYAL BLOOD BUT CANT CLAIM
