Another good episode I would say. The most important thing being a son finally took the hand of his father. CBI officer Adhiraj realizes how much his father cares for him. Yes he took some tough decisions, but at every point he loved his children. He always wanted the best for his children. When he hears Ila talking about his informer, he realizes what Ila has seen in his father, he has refused to see. A beautiful happy scene with Tanya coming in between the party. We need to see Adhi puts hands across Tanya and Dheeru puts hands on Adhi. For me it meant the battle to protect Tanya will be hard for Adhi with tough choices, but Dheeru will stand by him, as his strength. I also loved the song they choose, diye jalte hain. Yes a very beautiful song that celebrates friendship, that celebrates beautiful relations. Adhi's relation with his father is like that. More than a father a friend. To the boy who grew up before time, one way or the other his father has been the pillar of his strength. His fall back option. Whether he realized or didnt realize.

Another interesting point, Anami partially took Satrupa's hand. She questioned Sudha. Though Sudha told stories Anami didnt cow down. She told Sudha will have to trust someone atleast her. Yes for Anami with Vikku's offer Narotham's future will be bright. One more thing came out today. More than Sudha Anami cares for Narotham. What is happening to him. Sudha asks proof showing Narotham wounds. Though she is happy Anami went to fight with Pujan she doesnt observe that Narotham only told Pujan. He didnt tell Baldev was observing the tamasha. He didnt name Satrupa, though Sudha told everyone is responsible for that wounds. It shows somewhere Narotham loves his father. He doesnt have a hatred for Satrupa. It's a good sign as far as he goes.

Coming to Satrupa she pushed her points well. I loved when she told trust is broken only when trust has happened. Anami had never trusted Satrupa, so where is the question of trust breaking. She put forth her points putting a doubt in Anami's mind. I loved when Satrupa told Gayatri, the color wont go easily. But a suspicion has been planted and she has to harp on that suspicion. So Satrupa has also started playing at both fronts creating suspicion for Anami, trying to get Narotham to her side.

When all this is going I loved the way Sudha tackled Pujan. She literally insulted him. She rubbed salt on his wounds telling Avdhoot is the heir not because he is Pujan's son, but because LM has no other option. She asked him to play smartly, else he will lose the battle. Need to see how this devar-bhabi equation progresses. It is an equation that exists, but will not exist. It is an equation that will cut each other's plans.

Today a son and father had a chat as also a mother and daughter. The son reposes his faith in his father while a mother asserts what hasn't been built can't be broken.
Anami is moved by the condition of her brother. She questions Sudha why she rejected the offer.
The matter of adoption is still a contentious issue.

What I liked most about Satrupa and Anami's conversation was that Satrupa pointed out that Anami just knows Sudha's story, not the whole story. It's absolutely true. She believed Sudha's story, fell for it, and believed what she saw. But did she try to look into the full truth? No. I do agree with you. For the first time Anami took Satrupa's hand partially. And that's because Satrupa pointed out the obvious. If all Sudha wants is a future for her son and a house then why not accept the offer made? It was exactly that. What was interesting was that Gayatri is involved with Satrupa in the same task. This is good. Because the two of them can work together to bring Anami around, especially given that Anami listens to Gayatri.

Sudha tried to play Anami once again, but failed. Anami is suspicious and no matter what Sudha tries, that suspicion will not go. Because everything Anami is doing is for her brother, Narottam, at the end of the day and if something appears to be in Narottam's favour then it should be accepted.

Adhiraj is growing closer to Dheeru finally. He's accepting that Dheeru isn't bad like he originally thought. And somewhere Ila had a hand in that. It was a nice touch that he brought beer and the two got drunk together. A good way for guys to bond over songs and drinks. And Tanya's entry between the two shows that she is the connection between the two.

The way Sudha insulted Pujan could also come back to her though. Avdhoot is heir because there is no other option. The same applies to Narottam. He's heir only because Sudha says he's Baldev's son, but Baldev has been disowned. The real claim is Anami's. She has been proven to be Baldev's daughter and Vatsalya's sister. If Vatsalya has a claim to the throne then so does Anami.

The precap is interesting. Anami finds out even more about Sudha to raise her suspicions even more, Naina finally comes under Satrupa's radar thanks to Anami's shadow Poonam, and Pujan gets a taste of his own medicine.

@vidya Shreya what I liked about the questioning was she was right to the point. The point for which Sudha had only sob stories and no clear answer. Satrupa managed to make Anami do that.
See because Vatsalya is not there all the question of heir is coming. Avdhoot and Narotham are in contention only because of Vatsalya absence. Even Anami is there in LM because of what happened to Vatsalya, a person whom none of the planners saw. The question is who can and who will replace Vatsalya and the answer to that can be given only by Vatsalya and he will give it at the right time.

After nearly one and half week watched an epi on the day it aired (obviously catching up with the prev. episodes before that)! I was not comfortable with the way Sudha's entry scene played out, so temporarily gave the show a miss.
But today's episode was good, and it seemed that the story is ready to take another turn with Anami becoming more aware of the complicated designs of this game. 😊

I was surprised that she not once thought about the risks surrounding her because of her new identity as the heir of LM/RS, it has to be Adhiraj to point out that?! And she is not still taking any of his cautionary words seriously. 🥱
As it took so long for her to pay any heed to Satarupa's words because it concerns Narottam's future, may be getting to know about Adhiraj's past with LM later will make her understand how serious he is about her safety! 😕

Slightly off-topic: I need to retrieve my jaw from the floor. Just realized Pujan is played by the same guy who played that sweet, flustered, bespectacled Adi in GHSP (one of my few fav shows from my on-and-off relationship with Hindi megaserials)! Saw someone posting that he was in 'Geet' but I did not know Adi was played by Praneet! 😲😲😲

@Jhinka Anami needs a shocker, where the threat for her, goes for someone she cares because of her careless attitude. Only that will jolt her out.
Praneet Bhatt was the Shakuni of Starplus MB in 2013. I have not watched Geet so dont know abt it.

The thing I like the most today is Satrupa said she is sorry for tricking Anami. Trust is a delicate thing. To take a person's hand we need to trust them. To do that the only way is seeing their intentions. Even if the intentions are good, telling people to do things, threatening them is not a good way to build trust. Apologizing, communicating are all trust builders. It is nice to see Satrupa coming down from her tevar. What will build trust most of all I think is when Satrupa appreciates what Pagli Panditayen did for Anami.
Anami's tevar that does not listen to anyone and thinks she is always right and knows best is shaken today. The person who tells her that she is a child, what guarantee can she give, never underestimate anyone is Sudha. Good advice even if she does not have Anami's interest at heart. Anami does not listen to Adhiraj, Satrupa, Dadi and now Sudha. Self confidence is good, self pride in oneself and their abilities is stupidity and leads to ruin. Who is Anami to give guarantee to Sudha ? Somewhere she knows she has influence over LM people which Sudha does not have. For that, she must own them or think she can use her court advantage. But she truly loves Narottam.

Narottam did not bring in Satrupa or Baldev. Is it because he considers them family though they do not ? Pujan certainly considers Narottam part of Baldev's family when he let only Sudha's presence known to the press and did not want Narottam name associated in any way. Very intriguing how everyone dances around who exactly Narottam is. But what Narottam thinks of himself is what matters.

Adhiraj has finally put his trust in his father. Avdoot and Tanya track is coming and my heart is breaking just a little for them. They actually make a cute couple and Avdoot will love her like Pujan loves Kamini I feel. I have a feeling Anami and Tanya will stand on opposite sides some day.

Good episode over all. Nice reading posts about the chess. Reading posts like these makes me appreciate the series even more.

Hopefully one does not literally have to take a bullet for her. Scared most for Poonam, as she (in Satarupa's words) is her shield.

Is giving hotstar video link allowed (if not, I'll edit the link out)? You should see him in the beginning of this!

More than that, he does not want any speculation arising over the uncertainty of Avdhoot being accepted as the heir. Not even in the form of any illegitimate family member, however weak his claim could be.

He also played very beautifully the role of Shakuni in the SP version of Mahabarath.
