The epitaphs penned down by you have very vividly evoked a deep sense of sweet nostalgia, the whirlwind of juvenescence memories came gushing back to me, as I reminisce the effervescent and exuberant recollections of yesteryears with a blithe disregard for the rules of the world.

Those were the days, when forging deep-seated attachments happened in a blink of an eye, the yearning for love and trust not withholding the ardour to let go and the naivety bridged the chasm that went amiss from those innocent and unsuspecting eyes, as life beckoned us to live and let live.

Kash koi lauta de woh bachpan ke din
Woh kagaz ki kashti, woh baarish ha pani

Muhalle si Sabse purani nishani woh burhiya jise bachhe kahte the nani
Woh nani ki baton mein parion ka dera, woh chehre ki jhurion mein sadion ka phera
Bhulaye nahi Bhool sakta hai koi woh chhoti si raaten, woh lambi kahani

Kabhi reth ke oonche teelon pe jana gharounde, banana bana kar mitana
Woh masoom chahat ki tasveer apne, woh khabon khiyalon ki jageer apne

Ecrivain 👏

You always have the most beautiful words to say.
I love reading your post not only here, but in other posts as well.

How beautifully you have penned down the innocence of childhood and the friendships we formed on the blink of an eye.Thats why it is said that the childhood friendship is the purest one. Selfless and unsuspecting. Just pure companionship and love.

Ecrivain, this Gazhal sent me back to my school days. This is one of my Favourites, which always manages to make me deeply nostalgic. I used to listen to it every day after coming home from school, on a good old cassette player.
As beautifully it has been written by Sudarshan Faakir, Jagjit and Chitra Singh has infused life into it. I am sure, many of us can easily relate it to our childhood memories.

Are you a Jagjit Singh fan too?

Thank you so much for this! 😃

Thank you for your kind words and the appreciation. I am glad you like what I scrawl.

Its a truth, we never forego the phase of growing up, the memories just stay put, forever. Its a pleasure to know that the epitaphs brought back some fond memories for you.

I like music, yes. And the genre totally depends on my mood. But there was a phase where I was drawn into listening to Jagjit Singh, the vulnerability and pain in his voice was both poignant and palpable. His melodies have a soul churning effect.

Thank you also for the link to the other posts, I shall get to them soonish.

😭 such a beautiful heart breaking post ... ever since the episode of Anami Vatsalya Parichey, this was the pain that comes back each time they show Vatsalya's room ...

some thing thats lost for ever ... they never had those moments in the first place... does that make it easy? i dont think so ... others have at least memory of Vatsalya ... but Anami, she had never got a single moment to remember Vatsalya as her brother ... memories are powerful but that sense of emptiness Anami and Vatsalya felt all their life will forever haunt their soul...

Satrupa might have all reason in the world to do what she did ... but hope some day she will understand that her kids were cheated by her action from something that would have been so beautiful and pure ... She needs to truly understand who Anami is .. and what a lovely sis-bro duo Anami-Vatsalya would have made ...

Thank you Lara. The show is so inspiring that it compels us to pour our feelings into words.

I have to write it again as i just lost my all words due to error in network.and i lost my feelings too...😭

Thanks Twinkle.
You are right, this 'Kash' will stay with Anami forever.

IF plays up sometimes. I wish it saved drafts. And I can totally understand, we lose the continuity of thoughts if disrupted.

You have penned down the twirling of emotions inside Anami of not getting chance to spend the childhood moments which could have been so memorable.Your poem took me to my old good days when i started to learn what is going on around me..

Thanks to RKC for taking the step to showcase this pain of losing the beauty of spending life purely..amd thanks to you for giving the words to express it so beautifully🤗

Thanks a lot for your appreciation Twinkle55. 🤗

Anami-Vatsalya bond is portrayed so beautifully on screen that whenever it is shown, it evokes a flood of feelings. RKC is all about relations and bonds, and how brilliantly are they doing their job! 👏

Beautifully written! 👏 I felt for Anami in the episode ... her tears and frustration at having lost someone without even knowing him ... 'what could have been ...' She feels the loss so deeply, as she gets to know her brother more and more through his diary ... and realises more and more how much she missed out on through the actions of her mother ... not the rich and pampered life of the LM, but the love, the squabbles, the bickering, the teasing that siblings share. I was reminded of my own brother and our bond ... the sibling bond is very, very special.

The makers have to be applauded ... and the actors too ... for bringing out the beauty of the brother sister bond so beautifully ... when the characters shared just one scene together before Vatsalya's demise.

Thank you so much Diya.

Unfortunately, the 'Kash' stays on with Anami. As Anami gets to know more about Vatsalya, the yearning for her brother and how their life would have been, had they been together, will bring her nearer to him.
And the beauty is, as you said, Anami- Vatsalya, hardly did a scene together. These all feelings are brought forth by sheer brilliance of the actors. Team RKC deserves all the praise! 👏

Sibling bond is always special Diya. While writing this, I was back to my childhood, which I spent with my sister. They bring back the most beautiful and innocent memories.
These memories are forever to cherish with a smile in our faces. 😃
