What do you think of the age barrier btw Diya and Ratan?

I just wanted to find out about your opinion regarding this. The makers could have chosen to make the female lead younger than the male lead (though that would ruined the justification behind the plot), but I'm glad that they chose to tackle this stigma against the age barrier in addition to challenging the stereotype that it's the girl that always needs the hero. 👏
However, I've seen on SNS people saying that it's disgusting etc. I think it's sad that people still have this stereotypical thinking in this time and age. How do you all feel about this?

I don't have a problem with it. Gulaal had a similar age difference and I had enjoyed watching Gulaal-Kesar.
I'm looking forward to watching how Diya feels and how she manages to overcome the barrier.

Btw,what's SNS?

For me, age isn't even an issue.. and i agree if the guy was elder, the plot wouldn't have been justified... and abt ppl they need something to criticize about... they just can't accept the good things early.. and our diya is set to break this stereotype of the ppl

It will be a problem for Diya, but not Ratan. He seems to be very confident young man, and he's got his head screwed on right.

but acc to serial i think from Ratn saa no problem, but Diya, her family, or maybee there culture have some problem.

but interesting to see hoe story folds.😊

ratan seeing broad guy, or he has own vision, or he confident, so he stamina he can handle small conflict of mind.

I personally do not think this is an issue. They are both adults, so it is completely alright if they pursue a romantic relationship. It will obviously be a barrier to them given it is still frowned upon in society. But I have faith in Ratan.
