Hahahha keep thinking, I will just spend my time reading all speculation and questioning ... just love it how we mad ppl living our lives with Kaya more than RK and KK ... Unko bhi itna time nahin lagta hoga to get into the character and do it all for us.

Still loads of 55 hrs apprx to think more n more ... dearies Keep up.

I agree Geetha. The murder theory is not convincing.

I am sure there is no mystery in terms of whether SK committed suicide or not.

Mystery is more in terms of what happened before SK got to that point.

Because Kabir was the last person SK interacted with, maybe back then, there was some suspicion about Kabir too, before he was cleared of all charges - thanks to Insp. Khurana.

The murder theory has too many loopholes. And I feel the whole bit about Monu being kidnapped is a stretch too.

Spoilers say - Ananya breaks off with Kabir coz she gets to know her father was mudered. She breaks off with Kabir and the hurt Kabir tries to go away from her. Will Ananya get to know this is all Shreya ki chaal to separate them and stop Kabir before he goes away.

I know we can't take spoilers at face value, but IF we do with this one, it is clear that 1) the whole murder theory was cooked up by Shreya for her benefit 2) Ananya will get to know it is Shreya's chaal 3) She will stop Kabir before he goes anywhere.

Coming to why is Kabir hiding something from Ananya. I think it is similar to the laal rumaal track. Nothing sinister. Maybe Kabir just wants to protect her and does'nt want her to have any negative thoughts about her father.

Sony, it does make sense only if Kabir never informed anyone, even police that it was a murder, that means he was threatened even before he witnessed the murder, or before he could contact the police, that actually makes Kabir look too much of a coward as well as an accomplice, if he was all along fooling everyone including police that SK committed sucide. I can still take it if he and SK together cooked up the story so-that SK is going in hiding.

It is possible that Kabir knows something about SK which no one knows..

I don't believe the spoiler about Kabir leaving Ananya and going sonehwre, even if she hates him, he will be there as her silent protector.

Even if Kabir witnessed the murder, he would have anonymously called the police OR told khurrana about it . i just don't think he stood there while sk was being attacked.

the missing body is the strangest thing here, which could mean he is still alive.

jokes apart, this thought initially came to my mind when Kabir revealed about SKs suicide to Ananya. i even shared my thoughts in the forum that time. coz often we read about cases in newspapers where innocent people were wrongly accused and left to rot in jail for a lifetime only to be released scott-free after 30-40yrs. may be something similar happened with SK. he got proofs of his innocence and asked Kabir to meet him. but the pharmaceutical company sent goons after him, and by the time Kabir reached, the goons attempted to kill SK and tried to destroy the evidences. Kabir failed to save SK. he was thrown off the cliff but didnt die. the goons found it out and took him away. hence Kabir could never find SKs body and assumed him to be dead. he believed what he saw - he assumed it to be a murder, but lied to Ananya citing it to be a suicide. but my assumption is, SK might be alive after all. dekhte hai what the writers have in store for us.

Shreya can know about all this if and only if that pharmaceutical company too belonged to her family. she was right in saying that both she and Kabir knows about SKs secret, but i think it's not coz Kabir shared it with her, she knew coz she was a party to the crime herself. but since she realized that Kabir had lied about SKs death to Ananya, now she is trying to twist and manipulate everything in her favor by playing with Ananya's mind and emotions.

I think Mr. Kashyap was killed (like shot or stabbed with knife) and then pushed off the cliff. That's why may be body was never found. Or may be if body was found who knows those people disposed it off. I think Kabir has just seen the part where Mr. Kashyap was killed and pushed off the cliff. He must have been too pressing on giving his statement as the eye-witness of the case, may be even tried to find the whereabouts of the body but those people were influential enough to close the case or misguide him. He being the eye witness was threatened. They tried to harm his nephew (And who knows they even succeeded, may be Monu too is suffering from some physical or mental disability after that accident). His bhaiya bhabhi went away from him but he still tried to find the truth and who knows even tried to find the Kashyaps and inform them about this. But he ended up endangering Anurag and thats when he gave up on the case as he realized that even informing the Kashyaps would be of no use because it would just mean risking their lives like Monu and Anurag.

Just thought of letting you know that I am gonna take a break from speculating now..umm... so don't come up with any more brainstorming posts 😉😆

Since the dead body is not discovered so going by the existing TV tropes I would like to stick by the fact that 'never count anyone dead unless the dead body is in front of you ( and in some cases, not even then 😆)

Not too sure whether we will be getting a 'justified trope' (definitely with a concrete reason) or something which is logical and probable in this case! Though I want the latter to happen but then either way I am sure it won't be dull or cliched! 😃
