I know everyone here is discussing about him leading ananya on. And how she is goanna end up getting hurt. But i see a guy who has so many people who love him..who want to be with him..yet here he is standing in the middle of his kitchen cooking for himself..hanging by every text message of hers..she was his solace the one who made him feel he isnt lonely/alone. He realizes that already somewhere deep inside. That she is his savior..the one who can bring back the old kabir..who can make him smile..and joke..with whom he can be himself..
Then why didnt he go for dinner when she called him? Even when he said yes? You can see him pining and longing even before her text message..You can see the immediate transformation from sulky to almost a teen like excitement. It was so endearing to see. The contrast between the both of them was so blaringly obvious that it hurt. Where she is surrounded by friends and family he is all alone. All he has is her. The one who genuinely cares. How i wish he would've gone for that dinner. It would've been so heart warming to see kabir having people around him and not being all alone after such a huge mishap. To smile..and to be happy..
Maybe it would've been awkward..maybe it wasnt the right time..maybe sometime in the near future? The last bit atleast made up for some part of it though..the way he longingly calls his brother...his single dada incites so many emotions..it was really beautiful that phone conversation and him calling his brother over for dinner. This side of kabir sharma was something else. Would love to see more scenes between the both.
