In professional world no one does charity for any one, everyone does his/her job as required...Its we decide how much & when we compromise, or adjust or oppose things...
Kabir may sounded sarcastic to miss.Kashyap, a ruthless arrogant boss... but whatever he said it was fact...from what it seems he suffered & lost too much to reach where he is today...& worked hard for it...& because of someone he is not ready to loose the position..

Khalid take a bow or like kabir himself said...he need to be said "thanks" ...it was only he who managed everything singlehandedly without no single support...he himself saved the day for himself.
Kabir is indeed a smart editor in chief & an asset...must say the whole plan was indeed a smart move by kabir...& he was lucky too that everything fell into place & plan turned out to be successful...not mentioning Mahi's name anywhere promos was indeed a smart move by him... & quick thinking of him by planning out everything.
In such a serious situation how Insp. Khurana recognized her as "stupid reporter" was too funny...but best part was "tumhari Ananya"...😉😆😆😆 .& surprisingly Kabir too didn't corrected him...instead he just went out to help "his Ananya" 😆😆...once again Kabir's smartness worked here too...he made Armaan look as his informer...
After this, Kabir deserves double thank you from miss.kashyap... he not only save her job...but saved his brother too...& he was so considerate towards her initially ... "tumhe toh ghar pe hona chaiye tha"...but actually he was being sarcastic..."thanks toh mujhe kehna chaiye ...tumne jo kiya uske liye zindagi bhar shukrguzaar rahunga"
Glad to see kabir spoke to he had to say & cleared it once & for all that he gonna work according to his wish, whether anyone agrees or not...& this was required as it made Kabir more clear as a character, giving insight kind of person he is...also he needed to make Ananya realize how by her one decision everything went on stake professionally...not only her own job but Kabir's job too & if he hadn't had thought the whole raid plan... he wud have been in a big mess...
It was good to see kabir clearing out things & for once making miss. Kashyap understand that it was not easy for him to reach here to this position...& staying here is equally difficult ...its not gonna easy to survive here... & most importantly he cleared out that he is not as insensitive or inhuman as she thinks him to be...& only she is "emotional & human" mahaan.
Hopefully Kabir's lecture gonna help Ananya to be a better journalist...as kabir explained
