hmm im not sure about the one year thing. But atleast we have a set mourning period after which a widow or divorce'e is free to re-marry. No questions about how can she move on so soon.

im a muslim n i love n alhumdulillah got a good knowledge about it😆 in muslims too, like if u'll onli do nikah n marry afta 3 - 4 yrs, is not accepted as if afta nikah ur married & if for 1 yr u have no contact wid eachotha n no husband wife relationship thn this relationship is nothin, the marriage automatically breaks... This is wah i knw n i got to knw frm ma adults buh u can still ask ur parents
