TV heartthrob Karan Tacker has been confirmed as the host of the Asian Viewers Television Awards (AVTA) 2014.
The actor, who is one of the finalists in this year's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' on Colors, will be flying over to London exclusively for the event.
Incidentally, Tacker was in the UK this time last year as a part of Sabras Radio's Diwali celebrations in Leicester.
Sanaya Irani and Mohit Sehgal have also recently been announced as stars who will be attending the launch event. More names from the Indian television fraternity will be announced in the next few days.
AVTA 2014 is the first ever UK Asian television awards. AVTA is the brainchild of Rajan Singh, formerly of Star TV and now heading Digi Media Global. AVTA 2014 will take place on Saturday 18th October 2014 at a prestigious London hotel.
