I think Geetanjali re tweeted it in terms of RR. She identifies with what Tina is feeling since the future RR is insecure just like Uttran. Uttran going off air does not mean RR is guaranteed to remain on air. What Geetanjali is probably trying to say is if RR ends people will loose jobs in the same way.
