I think Maithali is afraid...afraid that rudra will fall for Myrah...only because of her resemblance to Paro...he'll get close to Myrah and Myrah might misunderstand his attention for love whereas rudra'll try to find Paro in Myrah's every action and will be hurt when he fails...
Maithali is scared for both Myrah and Rudra...thats what her actions tell me...her talk with samrat about rudra's remarriage only came after she saw rudra getting affected by Myrah in traditional clothes...Maithali knows he was searching for Paro in Myrah...as he does every single time they interact with each other...thats why at first he wouldn't look into myrah's eyes...
Maithali may seem interfering but her only objective right now is to save rudra from a lot of pain...
And the only reason she's even trying to interfere in rudra's life is because he has given her the right...he didn't get angry at her he knew why she did it...she loves rudra and dhruv both...so i don't think comparing her to mohini is appropriate...

I honestly don't find what Maithili did bad. She really is protective of Rudra and Dhruv. She knows first hand of the pain Rudra went through and is still going through. She loved Paro too as her own sister. Plus, re-marriage of widowers is a topic that happens all too often in a traditional Indian families. At least now Rudra reinforced to her and everyone that there is no one else for him except Paro - whether physically or in his memories.

I agree...i didn't find it wrong too...Maithali has a better sense of foresight at this moment then rudra...she knows rudra can never be JUST friends with Myrah...talking, laughing, chilling, spending time with dhruv and myrah...as family...is ringing all kinds of khatre ki ghanti for maithali...she knows rudra's deluding himself with this friends crap...theres no way he can stop himself from imagining Paro in place of myrah...

Maithili is rt in her own way n abt samrat yes why not but for that she must die. N what if rudra falls in love with myrah as myrah then .its quiet possible. Why ppl want rondu rudra. I love myrah n i loved paro whatever u say but truth is sanaya just rocks as myrah n rocked as paro .

I agree. Rudra isn't drowning in his sorrows but is content with Paro's memories. It feels as if to 'move on' you need to get married, but Rudra and Dhruv seem just fine in their own world.

I'm not angry at maitilli btw. I see her POV, but I hope after Rudra clearly telling her that he will keep loving Paro til he dies, she'll back off.

Rudra learnt to exist without his Paro.. But no he didn't move on from her love, her absence, her memories and pain of her loss... I don't know what moving on exactly means, but it doesn't mean forgetting the person you lost. Maybe it means, to try to live a fulfilled and happy life irrespective of the tragedy that happened. Like to over come your sorrow and try being happy... And Rudra is no where near to being happy... He remembers Paro in his every breath and he hurts when ever he does that... He has to stop constantly hurting himself.. Paro's memories must bring a smile on his face and not remorse or sadness. My heart goes out for him and his pain.. He is breathing but not living.. He is surrounded by his family but is still lonely... He smile's but it doesn't reach his eyes...

Samrat refused to remarry despite not having a heir after 5 years of marriage. Maithili felt relieved, when he didn't.

Now Rudra doesn't want to since he believes no one can replace his paro in his life and she! who said just a couple of episodes back that myrah can never become paro! wants to bring a replacement for paro that too all of a sudden.

I can't understand this logic. I think it's all some poorly written script to make myrah realize the baselessness of her marriage and some excuse for her to fall for Rudra.
