At least for me this is true...the character is as important as the actor portraying it.
I hate actors getting replaced in soaps (it just spoils the essence and chemistry). Recently, I stopped watching a prime time Bengali serial after they changed the lead actress...it was pathetic.
However, the character is equally important for me. I am glad that it is Sanaya all the way in Rang Rasiya (I started watching this serial for her)...even as Myrah...but I just cant accept the loss of Parvati.ðŸ˜
Rudra (Shiva) and Parvati are the eternal couple of Hindu religion/mythology...they are inseparable. The writers have destroyed the very essence of these names. Normally, when one say "Ram-Sita ki jodi"...we know that the consequences may not be good (since they are a tragic couple)...however, Rudra/Shiva -Parvati...are the perfect pair.
For me killing of Parvati is as good as killing of Khushi (from her previous serial)...can we imagine the love story of the leading male without that girl (even if it was Sanaya in a new look)??...I am having the same issue here.
For me...it is always Sanaya...but as Parvati in Rang Rasiya.
