At least for me this is true...the character is as important as the actor portraying it.

I hate actors getting replaced in soaps (it just spoils the essence and chemistry). Recently, I stopped watching a prime time Bengali serial after they changed the lead actress...it was pathetic.

However, the character is equally important for me. I am glad that it is Sanaya all the way in Rang Rasiya (I started watching this serial for her)...even as Myrah...but I just cant accept the loss of Parvati.😭

Rudra (Shiva) and Parvati are the eternal couple of Hindu religion/mythology...they are inseparable. The writers have destroyed the very essence of these names. Normally, when one say "Ram-Sita ki jodi"...we know that the consequences may not be good (since they are a tragic couple)...however, Rudra/Shiva -Parvati...are the perfect pair.

For me killing of Parvati is as good as killing of Khushi (from her previous serial)...can we imagine the love story of the leading male without that girl (even if it was Sanaya in a new look)??...I am having the same issue here.

For me...it is always Sanaya...but as Parvati in Rang Rasiya.

Yes Sanaya portrayed the character of Parvati to perfection ..
I will terribly miss Paro :(
But for my own sanity I will not watch Paro being killed brutally in today's episode and brainwash myself that RangRasiya season 1 ended in 29th july with PaRud happily cradling their bundle of joy Dhruv and living happily ever after..
I will watch Rudra Myrah story with a differnt angle with no Paro , coz PaRud are living happily ever after in my bubble ..
I will watch the show as long as Sanaya is in it , I respect her hard work and love the girl so much ..

Totally agree with you!
I started watching for Sanaya, but Sanaya as Paro has become so close to heart that it is next to impossible to watch RR without Paro.
As I grieve for my favorite character, the innocent and pure Parvati, I will watch the show for my favorite actress Sanaya.
I will watch it as a new lovestory between a widower and a young foreign returned girl.
PaRud and RR lovestory is over for me with the happy threesome scene of Paro, Rudra and Dhruv.

I too expect nothing from this shallow and rude creatives.. Had they developed a strong story with proper exploring of the tracks with justified closure instead of rushing and hankering after TRPs , such an innocent soul Paro won't have to die an untimely brutal death :(
I don't expect a proper sensitive storyline to Myrah Rudra too, I am sure they will make it an insensitive mess further ..

Exactly my POV!!! i love sanaya! But evn for er i dnt think i cn watch RR if she is not Paro!!! there r many out there who cn accept the new look alike girl!!!! but i cnt digest this fact at all!!!Evn my mom and gmom wr sayng the same thing, like wat is the use of the show now after Paro's death n y shud we watch it😭!
