this scene belonged to Ashish, hands down. he deserves the credit more because of the wiered editing and the short time span of the scene, but he still delivered it wonderfully. His expressions stayed with me. and yes the earring bit, it was strange though because why would he make her wear that ? later i thought that may be he was too much abosrbed in that moment, but one thing i would say, how well Rudra still manages to keep his helpless feelings hidden ? he pulled back himself very maturely, wants to let go himself in his love for her, but still he is restraining those feelings, giving himself more time. and its just too good when he knows that his wife does not even have half of a knowledge about how deeply he feels, he finds it as an advantage, and how well maithili and dilsher reads him ? they can give Paro a class on Rudra's intensity..😆

Oh he was definitely absorbed in the moment...but even then that bit ended up being more AWKWARD than flowing nicely...or was it actually MEANT to be awkward only?😕😆...Can't figure out...but it didn't click with me...these kind of scenes shouldn't just be about putting the two leads in physical proximity together and expecting that to be enough...it speaks for something when we are gushing more about Rudra's EXPRESSIONS in this scene than the fact that Rudra and Paro's heads were 1 cm apart in the earring scene😆

Paro's cluelessness *sigh*😆...But sometimes in scenes like this, it would be nice to see some give and take rather than just Paro's naive/clueless expressions...there should be some womanly instinct atleast, man😆...she isn't able to read Rudra's emotions even that much?

after Friday i didnt think today's episode will be good . Maati ka putla was perfect for the shower scene but other than that the new BG score a bit weird in the other scenes . 😕

yes after the lukewarm and disconecctive episode of Friday, yesterday's episode was surprisingly better. everything got overlooked because was too much engrossed at Rudra's expressions. There is one fab shot, the moment she poures water on his head, and runs her palm thru his hair, the expression Rudra gives with his eyes closed was simply epic.

@bold:- word . Could i explain it more. I even mentione din my post that more than sizzling, or hot, the scene stood out for me because of those hell of expressions Rudra gave, he poured out his heart via those facial expressions. I could not believe that i was not moved by the physical closeness, i felt it was ok only, may be because everything seemed so one sided plus bad editing. Anu one sided, because as u said, Paro's reflexes are wiered, whats there to be so clueless, i mean comeon she is a woman, and yes when he touches her there should be some kind of passion in her eyes too, The progress of paro's character in this show seems null and void now, even laila and sumer, samrat, every character got a progress, but writers are stuck with paro, god knows why ? . her gullible nature must not overshadow the feelings she has, especially when she is actually experiencing physical proximity with Rudra.
Rudra's intensity and emotions, as i always said is not understood by Paro, and its just sad, that CVs missed out here. the shower shot still was beautiful, i am still in fever of Rudra's passion, and the vibrant expressions of his desires and need for her, which has put so much insight in his character growth, his manly instincts, the beautiful feeling he experiences, every moment she touched him .

This one, right? I loved this shot too...He looked amazing in that scene

I was just rewatching both scenes again...I have one more thing to crib about regarding the earring scene...I HATED that "dhim tana" whatever music they started playing in that bit...before that in the shower scene, the RR title song was working so well with the "main maati ka putla" paragraph and then suddenly they switched to this weird music and it got all weird for me.

The sari folding scene though remains the best scene in this epi to me...Rudra's expressions in that scene...some of the bits the way he was looking at her was just...and Paro's flustered reactions in that scene were better than the ones in the shower scene.

dammit Anu. yes this shot, for me, this shot was the best one. Sharma ji is like .
yes " main maati ka putla " just took the scene to another level. Anu the " dhim tana " thingy went over my head, bad editing made the shot more wierd, and the way Paro reacted was 😕😕 ..

The sari folding scene, the significcance was bang on, and yes Paro was still not understanding the literal meaning of Rudra's words, but I am glad that she also reacted in the moment. and the fall, thank god, i did not find it cliched.

Exactly...I totally agree on this, Megha...her gullible, naive nature aside...they need to show this evolution in her better than just showing the usual skittish doe reactions in her...on one side she keeps demanding patni rights and on the other side, this😆...confused soul...

There is something so ELEMENTAL in Rudra's reactions, his expressions as he watches her...that is what draws us in...and if Paro's reactions also start to move more in sync with that, these scenes could be even more intense...and by reactions, I mean it can be all in the eyes only...there has to be something moving in those eyes when he watches her like that rather than just staring back naively/gullibly as she usually does or the sudden/abrupt drawing back she does.
