Hi Shweta- beautiful collage.👏

I liked today's episode because it was beneficial from Parud's point of view. Here are some of my thoughts.

1) Major is surprised at Paro Bai Sa's sleeping on the floor and goes to check in on her and he is almost caught. 😛 However, today he was adamant on his decision and stuck till the end of throwing out Laila.

2) How caring was that when he said that why does she put her head at the edge of the pillow? She just cannot take care of yourself. That brought a smile on her face. Well, Major you are there to put her head in proper place.😉 She loves it and we love how you pamper her.😛

3) Parud moment- Bai Sa asked him a question and his answer was nope. Can he really sleep without answering her question?😛

4) Question of the day from Paro Bai Sa- Did you ever ask the puppet people the end of the story? Major knew the answer but he said I am looking for the answer myself.😛

5) Major was brilliant today when he called the Doctor to examine Laila's injury. Not only that, he told Laila not to worry about his hand. He said that "Uske Liye Meri Patni Hai and family Hai".👏

6) Major was all acumen today when he told KCM not to interfere and let the Doctor take care of business.👏

7) Major was diplomatic to Laila today when he told her that he is taking the decision as a friend that BSD will take care of you and Aman will take you to a safe place.👏

8) Major was savvy today when he told KCM that she didn't like Paro's staying here and he doesn't want to give her that takleef any more by making Laila stay here. Also, why does she have so much hamdardi with Laila?👏

9) When Paro Bai Sa said Laila, my heart sank and I really dreaded if she is going to stop her. On the contrary, she gives her assurance that Aman can take good care of her and then she can always count on Ranawats.😛 (The only problem with that is I hope she doesn't take it literally) Laila came falling from the Sky to the Earth. I learned today that you really need a strong heart and mind to watch this show.

10) Then came the super-duper moment of the day. I loved it when Major told Laila that "What do you think that you will keep on playing with Paro's emotions and I will let you do it?". Seeti.🥳

11) Number 1 moment of the day - When Major tells Laila that "Pyar Karna hai toh Paro se seekh", tu sirf pana janti hai, woh khokar paana janti hai, aur tu cheen kar pana chahti hai. Another seeti moment 🥳 And here we are thinking that Major doesn't know how to speak.😛

12) Full stop moment of the day - When Laila was about to say the bad word, Major interrupts at the right moment "Zabaan Sambhal Kar, woh meri Patni Hai" Way to go Major.👏

13) Laila- You lost your game by your overconfidence.👏

Since today's episode was all about Major taking a stand on various positions, I chose "Stand" as the acrostic.

S- Savvy ( Major told Laila not to worry about his hand, Paro Bai Sa is there)👏
T- Tanatalizing ( Major asked KCM why does she have hamdardi with Laila)👏
A- Aboveboard ( Telling L that "Woh meri patni hai, Zabaan sambhal ke )👏
N- Nailed it (He told L that he will not let her play with Paro's emotions)⭐️
D- Distinguishing (Telling L "pyar Karna Paro se Seekh, tu sirf pana janti hai)👏

Major was on fire today and hopefully we will get to see a new dimension of Parud relationship form here on.😛 Parud finally survived this phase.

A special round of applause for the dialogue writer because every dialogue had a meaning to it.👏 Fab acting by

👏 And u did it again sis
What a fab , complete , perfect , fantastic review
How can u write , so beautifully and in detail
I think most of us r really happy today , cuz of Rudy boy
He kicked out Laila , and saved my PARO
For how long v don't know , but at least v can celebrate sone moments of peace
I. Want to maro seeti with u , for 2 seeti moments
And I want to clap with u for all the lovely moments u have mention
Spc for full stop moment
So finally parud and us service through this dangerous phase

I wana add 1 more thing
Sorry but I have no sympathy for Laila
Laila is torturing an innocent girl

I love Rudy boy.. and I think his love for Paro is divine.
And I am not comparing anything here.

So this is about my friend's cousin's daughter.
She was born in India but came to USA at very young age.
She met this boy at one get together who came here on H1 and was working in a good company. They started dating. Boy was not ready for commitment but wanted to try out by living together. Girl agreed as she liked the boy. Parents were not very happy but .. they were living together for one and half year
. After that the boy went to India and got married as per his families wish... and the reason he gave that his parents didn't think she is good because she was living with him before marriage. . Poor girl was devastated. He didn't even tell her anything before he got married.

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? That poor girl. bas***d - sorry Sush but it called for it

Nice discussion going on. Updating my post now.

But I wanted to say separately...I actually wish we were shown Laila's history - but maybe we weren't shown anything personal about her for a reason...the CVs don't want us to sympathize with her and if we are given her history we might begin to understand and sympathize with her. They want to keep this a Paro-Rudra love story and I'm super happy about that...but I would still love to know Laila's story and I'm actually really interested in knowing how she met Rudra and how their "arrangement" was conceived.

Loved the episode and am glad to see Laila gone. She lost this round and I'm sure she will be back with vengenace. I like Rudra's comparison of Laila and Paro - wish Paro had heard it. I know he spent 8 years with Laila but he now knows a person who is gentle, loving and caring. And he sees how Laila tries to hurt Paro by her taunts and manipulations. So he does see the stark differences between the two.
Tennessean, Hope - fab posts.
Hope tomorrow is just Parud.

I didn't like any comparisons when KCM did it...
I didn't like any comparisons when Laila did it...
And
I didn't like any comparisons when Rudy did it...

But of course it is a drama ...characters will do what they shouldn't do...and that's what moves the story...It served the purpose of making Laila more hurt and more determined...which will come back to bite Rudy...

I agree...Indra...Unfortunately there are many Indian men...who think exactly like this guy and feel totally justified...

Extremely sad but I am not surprised...I've heard of many stories like this. Where Asian and Eastern men have a western-type relationship with a woman and they enjoy the "western" notion of romance (because it excites or appeals to them and they want to try it out) with this woman but when time comes for them to settle down they ditch their woman and look for a "nice, good girl" to marry themselves or they marry a woman of their parents choice. Very pathetic but it is what it is.

P.S. I say western-type relationship because that's what the men themselves say. They want to live their life like "a white man" and have fun but in the end they settle for what their parents want or expect. In fact, let's even forget about the parents. Men in general like to have fun with certain woman and when it comes for marriage they look for another type of woman.

In YJHD, Ranbir Kapoor's character tells Deepika Padukone's character that she's a different type of girl...she says how?...he says you're the type of girl to fall in love with...wth?? So some women are made for you to fall in love with, and other women are only made so you can use them??

Hi Sush, lovely posts as usual, loved reading them, except your take on Laila. I'm still not able to sympathise with the character. Both were into it only for carnal needs with no strings attached. As far i understood about their relationship she read more into it and it's not that i'm on Rudy's side in this matter. I guess he too was in a monogamous relationship with her until Paro happened who evoked the hidden unknown feelings about caring and love which he thought he never had in him, which laila couldn't elicit in him. I think Rudra would have given some kind of explanation to Laila, if she hadn't turned bitchy and sinistral towards Paro. As for Rudy comparing Paro and Laila, i think that's his blunt way of telling her why he succumbed to Paro and not her.
Coming to the episode it was good and i was happy that Paro acted sensible by not interfering in the ouster of Laila.
As Hope mentioned in her post, before another storm hits PaRud in the form of SuLa, i want a PaRudlicious episode not mushy mushy type though.
Asusual nice collages Shweta and loved your acrostics too.

I think she was. You don't react the way she did and has and not have been faithful.

Rudra - well he went to her every night remember? Where would he have found the time or energy for anyone else?😆

Worse was Deepika Padukone movie with Saif...when they are living together...and then this new girl comes...pure...of course,...ditched by her hubby...Deepika brings her home...supports her at the time of need...treats her as a friend...and then ... Saif falls in love with her...and leaves Deepika...the story was fine and dandy ...but some of my friends here were like Deepikas character was not worth falling in love with...because she was not some how moral...How is a girl who has such a big heart to bring a stranger in need to her home and support her...less than "worth" anything?

The bolded part is what pisses me to be honest. Hello Rudra actively participated 😉 in his eight year relationship with Laila and it's Laila that's the evil one. I guess in Indian tele the trp aunties aren't ready to see a triangle - where no one is to blame.

Thank You. It means a lot. Very happy to know you enjoy them.

Ya, Indian serials have a long way to go before they can even think of showing a love triangle which includes intimate relationship. RR Creatives at least dared to show the relationship of Rudra and Laila as it was. Just partners in sax. No strings attached. That itself was made a huge deal.
