Lately this show has been beyond my limited comprehension (real anyways gives my brain a hard time, now reel is making me reel 😆)

First the over all reaction be it Paro or ours has been that Rudra has broken her trust or betrayed her. How?? When did he pledge his loyalties, his love, his life, and accept her as his wife?? What is the Major doing?? Roaming behind Paro, asking for forgiveness, saying multiple sorrys...and why?? Why in the world is he apologizing?? Yes, he hurt her, pained her by the facts, but they both are acting like an apologetic hubby who was caught red handed by a furious and betrayed wife?? Is that really the scenario here?? Do the cvs have amnesia, or do they expect us to totally overlook the Rudra Paro equation. They are actually giving this the look of a happily married couple, and then suddenly, the husband's betrayal is revealed. When?? When did they become a normal couple?? How and when did the expectations and disappointments step in?? When were the rights granted?? And to top it all, which wife in the world, after knowing about their murky past, and knowing how uncomfortable the situation is for all three and of course the husband pointing out repeatedly that he wants the other woman out, heck everyone wants her out and are asking Paro to do it, yet she disagrees?? And why?? For her safety?? Dear Paro, there are other officers, other places of protection, your hubby is not the only BSD option!! But no, the cvs insist on showing such an illogical argument. Zabardasti ka triangle, jahaan nahin hai koi angle??

Yes there are other places where laila can be protected..all this is a way to keep her in the ranawat haveli.Otherwise even rudra can bring this issue up and say all this. And paro never said she feels betrayed by rudra..are we watching the same show? Did I miss something?

I mostly agree...but what to do? They need to figure out a way to keep Laila in the picture and I guess they're taking the easiest way out...by making her remain in the haveli...there are definitely other BSD officers that can keep Laila safe...the Ranawat haveli isn't the only place where people can remain protected...Major Rudra Pratap Ranawat's home isn't an ashram...like Ashish said it's more like an asylum now...somebody needs to tell Paro that Laila can be kept at the BSD headquarters or in another officer's protection ASAP 😆

Bang on post!
Even I have a lot of questions!

I thought seeing the dream of Paro that she fears that Laila is not just his past...but she flatly refuses to Let her go...what is the meaning of that?? If they had been a normal husband and wife and she then came to know his past would she react this strongly? Or would she allow the ex to roam around? Why is that ok here?

The fact is Paro didn't know Rudra's past or actually not much about him...she assumed she did! So I agree with you that it is wierd to show him as apologetic...he wants acceptance sure but it's not as if he can change what happened!

To totally shun him and still care about Laila's protection was incomprehensible!

And I don't get why Rudra is to blame for Laila making Paro cry if she does not want her out of the house even now! Say he confesses his love...Laila's antics would be stepped up...what then??

Paro does not feel betrayed?? Then why is she furious with the guy..and not talking to him as if he has committed a crime?? Please explain why she refuses to even listen to him, avoid him at all costs...why the fury??

Gosh eveline- really- just saw the episode and that part GRATED on my nerves LIKE MAD!! The sanctimonius Bhashan saying why does it matter if Laila stays- and too in front of her!! Ok you might have the right question in your mind (question could be right- but in the context- well not exactly right- if you are planning to leave soon?!) that exactly what is the status quo here - BUT- that can be asked without having that WOMAN in the vicinity- who you know your husband and even others want out immediately?! And it has been repeatedly said that she can be shifted to the BSD camp- and be safe there! What do you want to do with keeping her here- make Rudra more uncomfortable? RUN away HURT when you see that Laila is maroing chance with him or be blase - when Laila deliberately is goading you- while you know that you are getting affected by it?!! OR is it to precipitate Rudra's admission that farak bahut padta hai- itna disgusted kar do by giving Laila the opportunity to be all over him- so that he just flies over the edge- BUT FOR WHAT?? You are planning to leave him after that na?!
I do understand the hurt shes going through and her need to find answer about her status in his life- but saying that it doesnt matter if Laila stays there-ughhh- creatives- NOT DONE! VERY VERY contrived!!

Ignoring the logic loopholes, trp compulsions😆

I thought Paro said/asked the right questions today.

To Laila:

I don't need your help. (wrt my marriage)
You are a guest. ( Your stay is temporary).
You try and get well soon (On your own - as you are least of my concern at the moment)

To Rudra

(Ignoring the Gutter convo that happened, the hints which Rudra completely failed to decipher*shakes head*)

Where do I stand in your life?
Does our marriage have any meaning at all?
Have I been fooling myself all this time?

If you could walk away from a woman after 8 years without a closure/proper goodbye, should I believe that you will do the same to me too?

Can I hope that maybe I will possibly have a place in your heart, that you will find it tough to walk away from me?

Am I making a fool of myself here?

Like I said, ignoring the glaring logic-hole, Paro might be thinking if Rudra can be faithful to a woman for 8 years without even loving or caring for her, he can be doubly more so with a woman whom he is in love with?😳

I grit my teeth, and pull my hair...and i have been doing it since days now, since Paro insisted on her staying there in spite of Rudra's requests, demands, arguments, threats...she is heeding nothing??!! Why...usski chaddi buddy lagti hai kya?? Isn't she the one who tried to kill her?? So, logically you should know she is evil and capable of going to any lengths..right?? Is killing someone a joke, to be taken so lightly?? And if Maithili can figure out whats wrong here, she can't?? And now, after knowing the truth?? Whats with illogical behavior, and both are acting weird...why in the world is Rudy feeling guilty?? And why is the world is she furious?? And for God's sake, now that you know how bloody uncomfortable and awkward the whole freak show is getting...she is still hanging onto her soul mate (read Laila)???

I think fury is an understatement..yes she isnt talking to him, I feel there are some mixed feelings. She is shocked...rudra isnt what she thought she was.She needs time...and also a sense of security. She did say that she does not hold them responsible for what happened in the past...at a time when he hadnt even met her.
Also I read your understanding the characters post...I feel you are not even trying to understand paro, you seldom do.So what are these complaints about camps being formed? Either dont be biased yourself or dont complain about other people's biases...cant have your cake and eat it too
