Well inadequate in the sense that because she and Rudra haven't consummated, but he's been with Laila stirs something in her, regardless of irrationality. As women, when we are with the men we love, if there is a past flame of his, we get a tiny bit or greatly jealous or insecure. It works vice versa too- a guy won't like if his gf/wife had a past with somebody, esp with that person in their house.
Emotionally, she is incredibly strong, I agree. I just want to see that strength waver a bit regarding sexual intimacy. Even if Rudra confesses his past, I want Paro to not like Laila around and to wonder a bit about her own desirability. Even if the audience, Rudra, Maithili and even Paro know how much he wants/cares for her, some doubt in Paro would be interesting to see. She has never experienced intimacy so some insecurity on this front would make her more... relatable, I guess.
