Thank you Kaykay. 😊 It was indeed a good episode. And as usual, the CVs make it impossible to predict the winners and losers. At the moment it looks like Paro is winning, she has won against Kakisa by sacrificing sleep and the satisfaction of hunger, but winning against death requires a totally different sacrifice. After that the picture of the winners and losers will change. Will Paro have won or Rudra? And Mythili - will she be a winner or a loser after she has helped out her husband's mother as murderer? The CVs love turning us head over heels. 😃

Normally desi soap heroines end up making a deal with the devil in such circumstances, here at least it is with God. So one can live in hope 😆

Thank you Radhika. 😊
Well said!! 😃 Yes we can expect some compassion at the very least. So hopefully when Paro does sacrifice her heart, the good Lord will return it to her with so much more.

Thank you Mozart!! 🤗😃 It was a simple, straightforward, powerful episode hence this straight take. Glad you enjoyed my post.
The episode was a beauty!! You see the CVs should only remember one thing when the leads are on a vacation, NEVER EVER give any SERIOUS emotional scenes to the BDs. The originals are after all originals and that's why they get the name and fame and not the BDs!!

Sanaya acted beautifully!! THIS was the reaction I was waiting for day before when the whole forum strongly reacted to the disaster of BD not emoting well. You can make out if it is Sanaya or BD when such emotional scenes are played out! Anyway, the long and the short of it is, Sanaya is back and so also the real acting!!
Agreed! Paro's reaction last night was so very satisfying. There was an emotional connect. We felt her pain, her fear, her desperation her despair when he didn't respond. And we willed her to succeed. Sanaya was all we'd have wanted her to be and more.

Paro's ways of waking up her Major Saab brought lump to my throat. Her unconditional faith in Bholenath was however twisted wrongly by Panditji who advised her to surrender something of importance in her life to gain what she wants. Utter crap. God never asks for any barter to fulfill your wishes. Naive Paro became the victim and now she is going to sacrifice her beloved Rudra to keep him alive. Sad. Very sad. Wish CVs pays a little attention to what they are projecting through such scenes.

Yes I wondered about the Panditji. Must say I harboured some uncharitable thoughts about him at that point when he asked Paro to sacrifice something invaluable to make her wish come true. I really hope that Rudra comes to know what Paro's done for him, and is not left in the dark about why she's abandoning him.

Maithili's detective work deserves full marks!! Her presence of mind in collecting the evidence, not giving in to her mother-in-law or telling her anything about what she is carrying in that bag to the hospital, giving the samples to the doctor for testing, were SPOT ON!!

Mythili deserved some rousing applause for last night's detective work. She'd put a seasoned detective to shame with her astute work. Collecting the evidence, passing on the information to Paro, evading Kakisa's eagle eyes - admittedly she had a large dose of luck. But this is one lady whose talents are wasted on the home and hearth. She could do great business as the No1 Detective Agency in Chandangarh!!😃

Finally, some logic also found its way in the script unlike the day before's screenplay!! Aman is informed and he is going to look into the investigation! Good move CVs!! See the magic of the 'original'? Be it the script, screen-play or acting, the originals are the only ones that work their magic on the audience!!!! The episode was good enough to erase the bad memory of the day before to a larger extent and made me happy once again!! Felt that RR is back on track finally!!

Yes loved Aman's role in that bit appearance. Everything came together last night. They even managed to make Rudra's office a convincing hospital room. Although a curtain to cover the one-way window wouldn't have gone amiss. 😆
So looking forward to Paro's pleas and barter with Bholenath and moreover Rudra's reaction to Paro's barter, if he comes to know about it! Kakisa so needs a public dressing down!!! Can't wait for it to happen!!
And agree so waiting for Rudra to wake up and realise his feelings for Paro. And for Kakisa to be squashed like a bug. 😃

Sabs,

What a fabulous write-up as always...

Thank you Daisy. 🤗😃
Yesterday RR was back on track with a therav kind of perfectly paced episode. High on emotional drama, as well as Maithli's sleuthing!

Sanaya was simply brilliant. Her fear, breakdown, anguish and pain was truly heart-wrenching. This girl can make you cry alongwith her. 👏👏

She was too. It was an awesome performance. There was a wow moment for me at one particular point when she was thinking up uncomfortable questions about their morning together. That's when there was a lump in my throat to match the one in hers.
.
Loved that Paro said she wanted to ask all those questions that we want answers to as well from Rudra banna! Now at that point me thinks his subconscious state has registered all those kostins and he is going to answer every one of them pretty soon. 😉
Agree. Methinks by answering those questions (to himself) he will finally realise what's been staring the rest of us in the face all this while - that he loves her.
Paro's plea would not go unanswered and being a woman who has unwavering faith...she would want to keep up to her promise, so she would decide to leave him once he has fully recovered.
Sighhh! So much for honourable women. I do hope we get some great PaRud moments before the separation.

But this is just between her and Her Bholenath. So how would Rudra even know she has made this promise? Me thinks when she is ready to leave she would tell Maithli about it...or maybe sooner...and Maithli would be instrumental in playing cupid once again.

This is my fear - Rudra needs to find out her sacrifice. Or else...it's back to Square One, and worse, because the wound will be raw.
Also it was a role reversal for Maithli. Once before Paro had risked her life to save her sister-in-law and she was doing everything that would help in finding the home-grown culprit. Like you say it's a preview of things to come...how long can evil continue to reign...
Just hope that Mythili does not have to pay the price in her personal life for this outing of Kakisa as murderess at large.
Glad that they showed this matter would now be handled and investigated by the BSD.
Yes I'm liking the involvement of the BSD. Kakisa couldn't have imagined the hot water she's jumping into. I hope that this acts as a strong deterrent to her murderous desires.
And like I mentioned yesterday I won't be surprised if this week's track might just work at the TRPs. For the sake of every Rrangrasiyan "I TRULY & SINCERELY HOPE"
Fingers crossed!!
Hugs

Thank you Diya. 😊
The practical logical me, loved the episode for more reasons than one ... the emotions that everyone was baying for yesterday, were there in full force of course ... Sanaya is always awesome in emotional scenes, and her pleading Rudra to wake up, and trying every trick in the book to annoy, cajole, berate, scold him into speaking, was heartwrenching. But I also loved the way Paro kept her head all through.
@ bold: Yes that was unusual under the circumstances. But that's where Paro's coolness stands her and Rudra in good stead.

Copy pasting what I wrote in Sush's post

Today I could say was the day for Women of Substance. 😃

Well said!!

Paro, of course, shone the brightest ... from beginning to end ... the way Paro kept her head when Mohini entered, her suspicions about Mohini made her keep a watchful eye on her every second ... I LOVE the fact that in this show, the villain does not get away with fooling everyone, and that Paro has never trusted her an inch.
I could have hugged her for that. For her immediate, great victory over Kakisa..
Loved Paro's determination to get to the bottom of who has poisoned her husband ... I really think she needs to be enrolled in the BSD ... she is smart, sharp, and keeps her head in a crisis.
@ bold: And that's the bit that makes me want to clap loud and hard.
Her breakdown as morning dawned and Rudra did not recover ... Sanaya always shines in emotional scenes, and this was no exception ... the gamut of emotions she goes through ... fear, worry, despair, mock-anger, scolding ... her increasingly desperate looks at the rising sun, as though each second is taking her Rudra away ... her singing ... then the way she stops singing, and apologises ... even in his unconscious state, she cannot bear to give any hurt to Rudra ..
The questions she asks him ... she knows the answers ... but he is hiding them ... and she wants him to admit his feelings ... not surprising, as his bipolar behaviour could confuse the wits out of anyone!
@ bold: Sanaya's slowly escalating fear, panic and desperation were to be experienced. Completely believable to the extent of making one respond likewise. She took the audience with her every step of the way. Couple of places when she had a lump in her throat (after the second question) and when she broke down over his hand were really heart-tugging.
Am waiting for Rudra to wake up - am sure he's heard the questions. And I'm sure he'll answer them.
Although I found it rather sad that the only way she could think of waking up Rudra was by making him angry ... not by reminding him of happy moments ... what a sad life the man has.
Great insight! She is so much more familiar with his anger can predict what will rouse it. Whereas, she's still uncertain of the power of happiness over Rudra!! How very sad.
And the inevitable temple visit ... what I liked was that she made sure that someone trustworthy was with Rudra before she left him ... love the ever-practical Paro 😛
That struck me too. Reassured me that she left him with two very trustworthy people while she ran to the Lord.
The other Woman of Substance is of course Maithili ... she follows Paro's instructions faithfully, gets the evidence required, and hands it over to the doc ... I am feeling scared for her, Mohini is suspicious of her ... so I heaved a sigh of relief when she had safely handed over the laddoo.
Agreed. The fear was until Mythili had got the evidence in the right hands. Because until then Kakisa had every chance of thwarting Mythili and Paro. This is where the PH is different from some others who throw red herring after red herring in our way until we see red. I was completely thrilled and relieved that Mythili got the evidence away.
I like Aman a lot ... his two minute appearance in an episode is always worth a mention ... I hope they give him a bigger role once Mohini is exposed and we can re-start on the Teju Mala track.

Yes that would be great. And if there is to be a separation then I really want to see Rudra throw himself into lotta outdoorsy work that returns us to the great outdoors. 😃
