These things do happen in real life
I have witnessed many such incidents
People do make fun of others dresses especially the middle age aunties , they more worse than teenager girls

I detested that scene. There was no need to include that scene at all! Paro was looking pretty in those clothes and its really disappointing to watch two mature ladies comment on a young girl judging her clothes. Totally agree with you.

There is a big class divide in India - I think it is very possible.

yess.. but it seemed odd to me that they laughed at her face ! That upper and lower class divide just went a little too above..

some aunties then really need to wash their brains

40 year woman don't look and laugh at others? Well maybe you haven't but I have seen it in reality older woman are worst than teen girl, they mock and bash someone else even by writing on bathroom walls. Even my mom was telling me it happned at her work place it's not unrealistic at all these things does happned.

On one hand I understand your frustration. We ve seen too many such scenes on TV now. But sorry to say, i have seen grown up women comment about someone else's clothes jewellery hair makeup. And i m talking about highly educated women here. They dont snigger on your facd but they comment in a way that would make anyone feel uncomfortable. As cringe worthy ad these scenes are , sadly they are inspired from real life

These type of incidents could happen in reality,, but there is no need to glorify it,, especially when it is already done n dusted with on Indian television ... i would say come up with something novel,, there are numerous other problems prevailing in the society , if we are at it,
