Rudra felt Paro in his mom's saree, with his mom's mentoring and nurturing is giving him the same pain that his father received at his mom's hands. Hence the overdoing of the accusations some of which he could have put to rest had his brain been functioning normally.

As for ego beating, he is a typical Indian male who has been inculcated with the fact that men are always superior from the childhood! Rudra as a man and Rudra as an officer are separate entities for him right now! Stripped of honor he is behaving like a normal man with a bruised ego. But the funny part is that he isn't letting go of his officer training that makes him realize that he has finally lost a battle albeit at home and not on the battlefield!!

Rudra and Paro for all their differences in outlook, share a wonderful trait as a couple

They talk, they dont agree,there are fundamental differences ,they dont understand but they know where the other is coming from

One huge relief and marked difference from another show that I loved

Arre, this is Rudra we are talking about - the man who decimated an army with a wound in his back. I'm thinking def he'll have enough strength. And I bet he'll try to intimidate her a bit - you know, 'you made your bed now lie in it - get in bed', kinda stuff. 😆 But obviously won't go through with it. Bet he stalks off and goes for a long walk or a drunken drive or passes out, whatever it takes to prevent consumashun. 😃
