Bang on! 👍🏼

This is the real Rudra Pratap Ranawat! More of which we'll slowly get to know. The best part about the characters Rudra and Paro in RR is the different layers each of them possess. The Cv's are bringing them out beautifully.

Dear Eveline,
I am usually in agreement with your posts but today you have to forgive me. That scene did not have any romantic or respectful value behind it. I would not be able to talk for others but for myself, the scene did not evoke the targeted reaction in me. This is simply because I found the character playing the active part was out of character. At best, he was looking like a pre-pubertal boy in his first sexual exploits! He was not ringing true to Rudra's character. The tone in the below lines is severe and please note Eveline, it is not directed towards you but towards the team who made this scene.

What was he doing tying her dori? Especially when he wanted her out of his life... Just because he saw her backless he felt pulled towards her? Has she lost her hands? She could have easily washed her hand and tied her dori.. can't she? Why does she need his assistance in this simple task? The emotional connect which needs to be there for him to go towards her is totally lacking... why you ask.. then tell me if a respectable man comes across such circumstance what would he do? He would have felt embarrassed ... would turn around and leave from there... he would not go to assist her. The only man who would take that step towards her would be the one who is willing to have a physical relationship or who already has a physical relationship with that woman. No other instance is acceptable. Why? Lets just say it was Maithili who was in the kitchen.. then what? Would he have taken a step towards her to tie the dori? What would be the audience's reaction then... Would it be respectable in any manner? I am glad KCM has full back blouses!

You know what would have been a real plausible response from Rudra at that time?.. it would be that dialogue of Rudra which he used later in the episode. That she was shameless. At best, I would have thought that's what he would have thrown at her before storming out and it would have been believable. Not walking towards her like a pre-pubertal virginal boy .. all shy and eyes averted!

Hope my rant does not cause too much offensive on this forum but that scene was totally contrived and patched up.

That is exactly what i saw...that is Paro's Rudra!

As i was watching the dori scene, its nuances were totally lost on me as i was too preoccupied about how it was gonna be misconstrued.

And that is what Rudra did. He took something so innocent and labelled it as shameless. Btw i don't blame him. He's currently fighting his inner demons regarding his views on beautiful women and his growing feelings and attachment for Paro.
Its almost as if when he's spouting this venom at her that its also a way to control and banish her from becoming a part of him.

In any case, i rewatched the episode and watched each scene purely for that moment and not in fear of what was gonna happen next and I truly loved it.

Rudra's actions speak louder than his words, hence he couldn't leave her in that kitchen in that state cuz somewhere deep deep down, Paro is Rudra's.
